Lived here for my senior year at Rutgers. By far my favorite place on campus out of all the ones I’ve lived at. It felt so homey, loved having a full size bed instead of a twin xl, and was close to a bus stop and all the main areas of college ave/downtown NB, so convenience was a 10/10. If you get a spot here your senior year, you are truly lucky.

Do I lived here last year, when they were called the College Avenue Apartments. They look really nice at a glance, but they are. built like cheap chinese... everything. The. rooms have almost no dresser space and the walls are. genuinely paper thin. I hace never in my. life been able to here a soft conversation on the other end. of an apartment through 4 walls so clearly. When you live here, it's more of a status thing than anything else.
