Morrell Street - RU Off-Campus Housing near Rutgers New Brunswick, new-brunswick-nj

The Hub on Morrell is an amazing option for both students and all individuals looking for safe and high quality housing in New Brunswick. During the two years that I lived there, the management and maintenance were always extremely helpful and responsive at all times. The added security in the building and the very short distance to College Ave also made for a much more comfortable stay. An especial thanks to Dave for making us feel very welcome during our time living there.

The team at The Hub on Morrell was incredibly helpful throughout the entire lease-signing process. I have to particularly thank Ben for effortless communication and all around great service. The apartments themselves are very well maintained and I would recommend that anyone looking to live off campus at Rutgers New Brunswick seriously consider The Hub on Morrell!

Fantastic place to live for Rutgers students looking for off-campus housing. The building is in a great location, the apartments are newly rennovated and the building staff is extremely responsive and kind. At the start of the year I had a really large package delivered to the building that I couldn't move on my own and a maintenance worker with the building helped me move it. I originally thought the building looked too good to be true, but it was even better than what I expected it to be. I can't emphasize it enough - this building is exactly what I was hoping for and more.

I lived in this beautiful apartment complex from 06/11/2018 to 06/21/2021. This was throughout the entire duration of my residency training in internal medicine. The promptness and friendliness of Benjamin and David in responding to all my questions and requests made me stay for the entire 3 years. I twice turned down cheaper hospital accommodations because the excellent services provided at the Hub on Morrell were just unparalleled.

I have lived at The Hub on Morrell for a little over a year and I am living there again for another year. The management is always so helpful and knowledgeable, and also very quick to respond to any emails. I am so happy I found this place to live. It is a great place to spend my college years!
