Been living here since last July never had any problems! If you’re a student and want a place to yourself at a low price this is for you!

Horrible office staff. They were so uncooperative that we canceled our application and looked elsewhere. Given all the negative reviews of this apartment we should have not even looked here.

They are charging us near $600 from our last apt even though the messes and a majority of the damage is them not bringing maintenance people to fix them. Not only that but it was to be renovated anyway,the pictures they show for the renovations are done cheap as possible. DONT FALL FOR IT! It’s made just to look good so the people can buy into it and they’ll charge bs charges,they charged $75 for 2 damaged blinds. This is the only place we got to stay and they’re trying to get us out. New manager sucks,complete rip-off too. She got fired from her last job for being rude and it’s no different here too.

I’ve been living in a 1bed,1bath unit since Aug 21. The only train thing I was disappointed with about this complex was that you only have washer and dryer hookups in units bigger than 1x1! I absolutely hated having to wash my clothes in the community laundry that you have to pay for with a specific card they give you. The laundry facility right next to my unit has been closed the entirety of my stay so I had to walk to a farther one to use. Now for the good things, the RENOVATED unit was beautiful. Even had brand new floors installed right before I moved in which was awesome. For the roach concerns everyone else has reported, I saw just one within my 9 months of living here. This complex was perfect for me as a student! With that being said, if you can afford it & there availability absolutely choose a RENOVATED unit. 2 closets, a nice new carpet, & a decent size living & dining room space. Staff was always helpful & nice to me though I didn’t visit the office that often. If you are a student looking to stay for just a short period this complex works just fine for the time you’re here! Not a whole lot to complain about!

I have lived here for 3 years now and it is by far the best apartment complex I have ever stayed at, the staff at the front office are super sweet and very helpful. When ever we have had any problems the front office and maintenance staff will have the issue resolved and fixed in a timely manner! 10/10 will definitely recommend to my friends!
