JUST got off the phone with the office inquiring for my younger sister about breed restrictions. Staff cut me off before I could even get my words out and honestly had an attitude that just felt awful for such a simple question. I am a leasing agent in Okemos so I know how phone etiquette works and that was the worst conversation out of the 7 other places I’ve spoken to today all of which were extremely friendly and supportive of just being preventative of my sister applying for something she would get denied on over a basis of a pet. Displeased cause this was service I would never put out and I see why my younger sister is too afraid to do the calling herself. Maybe next time someone calls to save themselves time and yours over an application that would have gone nowhere and not went to your commission,focus on your own customers service skills. Maybe you’ll get more customers that way.

"Spacious Apartments & Great Atmosphere!" I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartments are surprisingly big—lots of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The amenities are a great bonus, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to live, especially if you want space and a welcoming community.

We moved in almost a year ago now, and everyone at the front desk has been extremely friendly and helpful. The new management has been so much better, and improvements are constantly being made!
