I lived in a couple properties managed by JMRE, Telluride and Breckenridge, and loved both experiences. They were prompt in their responses and maintenance orders; they were honest with their move out inspections (not scamming tenants); and they follow tenant-landlord laws to a T. No entries without proper notices and they would send entry or general building notices with ample time. I got to know the managers and maintenance staff on a first name basis and just really enjoyed the interactions and my stays at the properties. For the location, service, furnishings, and variety of units, the price was always worth it for me. Arguably the best, most lawful, and honest apartment property company in IC. Definitely recommend!

I was hoping to get some shredding in before the end of winter. Turns out my luxury apartment and its marble topped amenities won't be completed until the next summer/ fall. I can barely fit all my slopestyled gear into my current apartment but J michaels seems unconcerned. If you really want to live the high life I would suggest moving to colorado or considering one of Iowa city's other luxury apt. brands.
