The LL was the best I’ve experienced in my 41 yrs. Very humble and professional and courteous of others. Always in communication and so understanding. No issues with anything in the apartment, the toilet seat needed changing, as soon I brought it to his attention it was taken care of right away. Today’s world life has it’s challenges and putting your child through college and covering the expenses can be overwhelming but the understanding and acknowledgement of our financial struggle, Dennis made a difference in our lives. We appreciate such a small gesture more than you’ll ever know. Highly recommend is an understatement. Thank you again for being a good human. May God continue your blessings.

When searching for off campus property for our student, we prioritized safety, proximity to campus, cleanliness, overall living environment, and landlord responsiveness. We looked at several places and those were sad experiences, one was so horrifying that I feared for the students' safety. Then, I found B&G Brothers Rental, managed by Dennis and Wendy Bray. What a relief! Not only did the property meet our stringent conditions, but these folks went over and beyond accommodating our requests, answering our questions, and assisting us in every way. The cleanliness of the place impressed us, the cameras and secured entries assured us, the well-maintained units are a parent's dream for their only child, and the proximity to campus is great. Most important, our student loves her very first apartment, her first step into independence. We absolutely highly recommend B&G Brothers Rental's property located at 1156 Oakland Avenue, Indiana. Of course, we are confident that they maintain all their properties as good as they maintain what we chose.

I’ve been living with Dennis for about 3 years. He’s an excellent landlord! Even being an Armed Services Member, he was very understanding and went above and beyond to work with me while I was away on orders. I highly recommend his apartment units. They are very clean and spacious and more importantly affordable and close to campus! You won’t go wrong!

I HAVE to leave a review because Dennis was the absolute best landlord I could’ve asked for. I rented somewhere else my junior year and it was terrible, so I was so happy I rented through B&G my senior year. Dennis was a super nice landlord and he was always really quick to help. He always responded fast too! The rent here is crazy reasonable considering you get everything included with it! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to rent :)

I normally go out of my way to leave a review like this- but this is so deserved from B&G! Dennis and his team are amazing! They always do their best to accommodate me and my roommate and have treated us with such kindness and respect from the start- which I really appreciate as a student! My apartment came fully furnished with queen sized beds (!!!!!) and nice leather couches. Plus, the pricing of rent is unbeatable in the area. I would recommend this housing company to any IUP student 100%- best company to rent from by far!
