The Dean Apartments, huntsville-1

I absolutely love living at The Dean! This is my first time living on my own, and the staff truly make it feel like I have a family away from home. One of my favorite parts about being here is the amenities especially the gym. I’ve been focusing on getting in shape and living a healthier lifestyle, and having such a great fitness space right where I live is a huge part of why I enjoy The Dean so much.

I lived in a one-bedroom apartment at The Dean and it was been a great experience. The unit is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a spacious layout and updated appliances. Natural light fills the space during the day, and the building itself feels secure and well-maintained. The amenities are a big plus, especially the gym and lounge areas, and the management team is generally responsive. Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours, but it’s manageable. Overall The Dean is a wonderful place to reside!

My daughter is staying in these apartments apartments apart of housing for Alabama A&M University. She's in a two bedroom apartment, and they are huge and spacious. The staff has been super gracious, and the maintenance team is very responsive when needed. She loves it.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Dean. The apartment itself is great, but my favorite things are the amenities.The gym is super convenient and well-kept, and I loved spending time at the pool during the warmer months. The clubhouse was also a great spot to get a lot of my work done for school. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

I currently stay at The Dean in a one bedroom and I must say everything here is amazing! Great staff, very attentive maintenance team, and a great first apartment experience. My unit is very spacious, convenient, and has everything I need.
