Nexus on Holmes, huntsville-1

Great apartment with fantastic amenities...everything is brand new! Super convenient for college students with it coming fully furnished. Front desk and management staff are super helpful and respond quickly. It essentially is located on campus right next to the fitness center. Quicker to walk to class from the apartment than the commuter parking lot!!! Definitely the best option if you are looking for an apartment.

I really do enjoy Nexus. I did have little bit of trouble adjusting back to University Civilization Standers as a U.S. AF Civilian from lack of education in the civilian sector and understanding of U.S. AF/SF Civilian Research. However, Nexus at Holmes has worked with me to create a wonderful healing environment and spiritual enlightenment for a place that I as a U.S. AF/SF Civilian can analyze astronomical phenomena, metaphysics, and astronomy connected to STEAM research questions from my life journey returning to school at UAH. It’s an amazing location. This Royal Apartment Complex is next to the Library and UNION Charger station. What a wonderful place to walk to class and study Art! I’m very greatful for the Nexus Team! Thank you for making space for me as I recharge, spiritually heal, and return to school in questions for metaphysical research.

We were able to do a long-term (4-month) rental here as non-students. They accommodated us, a married couple, in a single room. Cozy room with a full-size bed, sofa, TV stand, desk, chair, and Kitchen. The price was right and they were able to adjust our stay based on our needs. Staff went out of the way to make everything was right. Lobby and common areas were very comfortable and useful. Being a student isn't required to stay here, and its very convenient to both Huntsville and Madison. Thanks for the great stay!

I have lived here for over a year now and it has been wonderful. The staff works so hard to meet my needs and it is great to have a pet friendly living space!

Nexus on Holmes feels like home to me now. I feel at ease talking to the Staff. Rebecca, Simon and Jackson always greet me when I walk through the Lobby. Simon gave my first tour of Nexus and I was impressed with this beautiful new home and he helped me pick out the best apartment for me. They seem happy to answer all my questions and get me the help I need. I had a faulty circuit breaker in my room or at least that was what I thought. Rebecca placed a work order for maintenance to come to my room and check it. aka “Cookie” was there in less than an hour. The repair was tasked to Jose’ and the job was finished by the time I got home that afternoon. 😀 They all have helped me muddle through a host of computer and cellphone issues, especially Jackson. I even met a Trash Farie around 5am one morning and got to thank them for all they do for us. Yes, I am pleased and feel safe and comfortable. Thanks to everyone.
