Jamil is a great Landlord. Easy going, addresses concerns/maintenance issues in a timely fashion, very understanding and lenient with college students. I am grateful for all of his help. My only tip is be aware of the location you chose because third ward can be rough. Other than that, this is great for students looking for off-campus housing.

Working with Jamil was very stress free. He was always just one phone call away, understanding, approachable and reliable. The apartment chosen is in a decent, quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself is perfect for one person or a couple. The outside grounds are clean and well maintained. Having laundry facility on site and being close to the metro is a great convenience.
