I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like this is a must. If you’re thinking about moving to Eagle Flatts, do yourself a favor and DON’T!! Look for somewhere else to stay. I signed a 1-year lease for my daughter because she was only 20 years old. She moved into her apartment on August 18 or 19. From the very beginning it was a complete disaster. The apartment was in a mess upon moving in and when I contacted the leasing office to speak with the manager, she was rude and I received a different excuse each time as to why the apartment looked the way it did. I was first told that they could not come in to clean because someone was still living there and then I was told that the cleaning person had been off. It’s a good thing that I took pictures of how the apartment looked when she moved in (filthiness and damages) and sent them in an email to the leasing manager because I knew it would be some bs when her lease was up. Of course, I didn’t receive a response nor did they fix anything that was broken, but that was ok, I just needed to document that they were notified and aware of the damages in case I had to seek legal action. Well, imagine my surprise, when my daughter received a financial move-out statement charging her almost $500 for things that were already damaged and were already in the apartment when she moved in. They are attempting to charge her for cleaning out the cabinets and the laundry room, when you can see the dishes and seasonings were already there when she moved in. She didn’t bother throwing it away because she didn’t know if it belonged to the roommate that was there she she moved in. The are also trying to charge her for broken patio blinds and you can see from the photos that were already broken. The list goes on and on. I will attach photos of the of how the apartment looked when she moved in. I’m unable to post the videos. I’m wondering how many other people have they done this to? We may all need to get together and bring forth a lawsuit against them and their scamming practices.

I enjoyed the tour, she answered all my questions, and was real with me about when certain things were available and I appreciated it. I’m not going to lie, I was a little underwhelmed with the space. It was so close in proximity, and the actual room area seemed smaller than I was expecting. My sister lived in these apartments 2017-2019 and I remember the room being more spacious.

I absolutely do not recommend this place! I lived in a 2 bedroom apt for a year then transferred to a one bedroom. I hated the entire experience. My roommate in the 2bedroom was always smoking marijuana, and when I contacted the office to complain, THEY INSPECTED THE APARTMENT AND GAVE BOTH OF US LEASE VIOLATIONS BECAUSE THE UNIT SMELED LIKE WEED. DUH, THATS WHY I COMPLAINED! I moved to a one bedroom when that lease was over and they put me in building 10. The exterior of the building was never cleaned and they did not respond when I complained about this. My upstairs neighbor clogged their sink/dishwasher and it came up my kitchen sink, and I had to clean it myself because maintenance wouldn’t come out for a “non emergency” on the weekend. Maintenance is more worried about the stray cats than they are their residents. Oh, and my apartment wasn’t clean when I moved in, and even though I turned in a completed move in checklist within 24 hours, I was still charged hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees when I finally moved out. Neighbors leave trash outside the door & nobody comes by to check so the entire building stinks. My car was broken into, and someone else had their car stolen the same night. “Gated community” but they allow criminals to live with students. Kayla is the worst property manager I’ve ever dealt with. Go with the cottages instead - at least you pay less for the same bullshit.

For the price and college living it’s a decent apartment. When parties get to loud it’s not hard to get them shut down. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the parking lot. But that is caused by the residences. Cranston is an AMAZING maintenance man. He is always quick to get to requests and is always personable and explains the issue and how he fixed it.

My honest, unbiased review of Eagle Flatts Eagle Flatts offers an objectively low rent, considering that water, wifi, and up to $35 of your power bill are included. As for the buildings themselves, insulation, mold, and mildew are significant concerns. When a mold work order was placed, they used bleach to kill the black mold. BLEACH DOES NOT KILL BLACK MOLD ON POROUS SURFACES SUCH AS DRY WALL OR WOOD. Parties are a problem. Regarding the neighbors' general noise, it isn’t perfect. It often sounded like an elephant was coming through my ceiling. Building management does not actually fix issues; it puts a band-aid over them. They would much rather put a coat of paint over them than resolve the issue. Trash on the property sometimes accumulated in the stairwell, creating a safety hazard. They should look into getting two dumpsters to avoid trash overflow. Now for the office, GENUINELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Everyone is rude, seems bothered, and does not have a clue about what is going on. When I subleased my apartment and later told them I had moved out, they said, “Hello, Do you have someone to sublease your apartment?” As if they had not been emailing or calling me about subleasing. They genuinely look miserable. Every phone call is difficult due to poor sound quality. Some people in the office have a grammar issue… irrelevant, but peevish. Genuinely some of the rudest people I have come across is a customer server type situation. There have also been incidents of gunshots at night….
