this is the best place to live in IV in my opinion (of course not counting the view). Sarah and William do a awesome job to maintain the complex. They are always available. They really care about you. If you are not home and your package arrives, they will open the door and put it inside for you ! The complex (especially 6661) is beautifully decorated. I really enjoy my stay here.

When I told my friends who got to UCSB a few years earlier than I did that I'm moving to this place, they all thought I was crazy to live in Isla Vista because IV is often related to loud parties. But after staying here more than a year, I have nothing to regret. It's even quieter than San Clemente (there's a soccer field right next to it). Sarah and Will, who run this place, are both friendly and helpful. The price is hard to beat around this area too. Smoking has been banned just this year also. Highly recommended.

Hunting for every nickel and dime. Any noise is too much noise. Located in the least interesting part of IV and very little sunshine reaches inside. Difficult to coordinate and resolve issues with management. Right next to an active construction zone. Speaking if which, the construction is ancient, so try not to chip the lead paint walls- in any case you’ll be paying for it constantly. Only nice thing to be said is large closet space.
