Watch out for the added surprise fees and then late charges that come with them. The girls were charged an additional hundreds of dollars at end of lease. There is literally no one who will speak to you from the management office. These students get beyiond taken advantage of by Stadium House and Assetliving.

I've been at the Stadium for over a year now, and it's been a fantastic experience. Over the past year, they've significantly improved maintenance and cleanliness. Cleaners are there every morning, vacuuming and replacing wipes for the gym equipment, which now includes new mobility gear. The building always smells fresh. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, readily addressing any questions you may have. The photo is from the study area, I took one afternoon because the quote just spoke to me that day. :)

I am absolutely APPALLED by the living conditions at Stadium House. As a basic resident of the 6th floor, I can attest to the fact that this building is a health hazard masquerading as luxury student housing. The HUMIDITY on this floor is unbearable, creating a breeding ground for MOLD that has completely INFESTED our apartment. My roommate returned from summer vacation to find his sheets, headphones, blankets, and bathroom covered in a thick layer of mold. Stadium House’s response? To BLAME him, claiming it was his fault because the AC was set to 78 degrees while he were away. Are you KIDDING ME? They refuse to take ANY responsibility for the clearly inadequate ventilation and rampant mold problem that plagues this building. They don't care about the health of your residents, and they certainly don't care about reimbursing anyone for the THOUSANDS of dollars worth of belongings ruined by their negligence. But the mold is just the beginning. The construction of this building was clearly rushed, resulting in a shoddy, dilapidated mess. Smeared mortar on the tiles, bathroom tiles falling off the shower walls due to the building shifting, door frames that have warped so badly the doors don't close, leaving huge gaps – the list goes on. And let's not forget the ROACH INFESTATION. Despite keeping our apartment meticulously clean, we are constantly battling these guys. They're not just in the apartments; they're crawling through the hallways, a testament to the overall filth of this building. To top it all off, the ELEVATOR INSPECTION EXPIRED SEVEN MONTHS AGO! Seven months! This is a blatant disregard for resident safety. And for what? $1600 a month for one bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment, plus over $100 a month for parking? Stadium House is are robbing the residents blind. They prey on students who don't know any better, providing them with a moldy, roach-infested, poorly constructed living space and then blaming them for your own negligence. They do not care about the health and well-being of your residents. They only care about your profits. DO NOT RENT HERE. Save yourself the misery and find somewhere that actually values its residents. The location does not make up for the rest of it.

While my daughter really enjoyed living at Stadium House, the fees charged at lease end were ridiculous. The apartment was always kept immaculate and was left in excellent condition. Charging the 4 girls a total of almost $1000 for “touch up paint” and “partial paint” is excessive. It’s like they have a target $ number they are looking to get per apartment in fees at lease end. That was disappointing given we are paying premium dollar for rent already. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

When I moved in, the apartment was disgusting. There was hair in my room, dirt in the corners, and dust everywhere. Management is now charging me for "cleaning" and repainting walls that were already in bad shape, even though I documented everything with photos and uploaded it to their pre move inspection platform. I uploaded the photos they sent me of damage and my pre inspection. On top of that, there was a constant suspicious smell in the building, random fire alarms at night, and thin walls where we could hear daily parties from our downstairs neighbor. If you value cleanliness, quiet, or fair treatment, stay far away from this place. Document everything if you're unfortunate enough to live here. UPDATE: Do not be fooled by Stadium House’s public replies. They are politely responding publicly, but when you email them directly with documentation, they ignore you. I will be filing a formal complaint in six days with the state if no resolution is reached.
