The people who work at the leasing office are incredibly kind and accommodating. I’ve toured and rented countless apartments in Gainesville and the service I have experienced with L3 is second to none. Specifically, leasing manager Zoe Pruitt has been an absolute godsend through our entire move-in process. She has continued to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and it has made our experience with L3 that much better. I usually never write online reviews, but I wanted to make sure Zoe and the rest of the kind folks at the leasing office got the recognition they deserve. As for the place itself, we are very happy with it as well.

Girls in the office are wonderful, the property is wonderful. The leasing options are terrible and there's no possible year round stay which makes things very difficult when you can't go back home for the 1 month they don't lease for the summer and you're still taking courses like I am throughout the summer semester. It's a terrible system. Maintenance could be better. They don't seem to care and some of them seem a bit unkempt. I wouldn't stay alone in apt with any of them. Also, the price is a little too steep for such a crime filled city. I'll be staying with a friend next time.

Since L3 campus has been under new leadership, I have had a very positive experience living in their apartments. They are very responsive and care about their tenants. They have provided great customer service and have addressed issues quickly.

Ryan, from The Row Gainesville FL leasing office really helped us with the leasing process over the phone. Very patient and kind individual. Really happy to come across someone that is so professional and gave prompt response to my phone call and understood my every concerns.

My daughter and I recently dealt with a leasing issue and Ryan (Wilder) handled it wonderfully. He was professional, responsive and on top of it. We would strongly recommend Ryan for all of your needs at The Row on 5th.
