I’ve had a great experience living at Nine31 the past 2 years. I even renewed my lease for next year. The amenities are amazing and they are always hosting fun resident events. It’s also in the perfect location and it’s a short walk to everything. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Overall, living here has been a really positive experience!

I love living here, the amenities are great and awesome to socialize. The location is great and I like taking walks around the southern area. The maintenance team is top notch, and they fix any issues (if any) super fast. Reese provides amazing support to navigate a good experience and Brandon the property manager is very nice and treats me well, along with everyone on the staff such as Sam and Fefi.

Reese and Emma were wonderful tour guides! They sold us on the place right away. The vibe is great! Brandon makes it feel like home away from home.

i dont understand how an apartment complex can so shamelessly be stingy about giving a gift card that they included in our deal because of some fugazi 60 day claim window that wasn't communicated with anyone, have such frequent wifi outages that my phone keeps forgetting the internet and i have to enter the password each time, and somehow also not clean anywhere in the apartment before move in to the point that i found multiple receipts from 2024 underneath my bed. these guys are trash and you have to pay an arm and a leg somehow to live here and never been compensated for any of those problems.

The Apartment complex itself is fine, no complaints other than the windows not opening and extremely loud parties at night. However the internet is genuinely a joke. It goes down so often and for so long that I used up all my personal hotspot, which means I literally cannot connect to any internet once Nine31 WiFi goes down. They keep saying it’s a problem that they can’t handle but that doesn’t change the fact that the entire building loses internet at least once a week. Change the entire internet provider if you have to because this is unacceptable for an apartment complex in 2025. Also, the IP address of this WiFi is in Michigan, which only makes the connection worse. Please fix the WiFi issues, I can’t even study. Update: Almost feb 2026 and it’s great to see we’re having WiFi issues again! Just switch from Synergy they are terrible 👍🏽 Update: It's April, we still get WiFi outages and have really concerning humidity and A/C issues. One problem is enough, I dont pay all this money to have issues somewhere half the price wouldn't have.
