Alicia is the best house manager I’ve ever encountered. She was incredibly kind, caring, and genuine throughout my tour. Even though I ultimately rented somewhere else, I still wanted to leave a 5 star review because she made my experience so enjoyable. I toured many apartment communities, and Alicia stood out as one of the very few leasing managers who felt authentic. She wasn’t just trying to make a sale. she genuinely cared about helping and answering my questions. Her professionalism, warmth, and honesty made a lasting impression, and I truly appreciate the time she spent with me. If you’re considering this community, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Alicia. She sets the standard for what a great leasing experience should be.

This place gives New York Studio Vibes - for Texas ? Definitely an acquired taste but the location makes it worth it imo - wish there was an unfurnished option . Very quiet & clean community overall. The staff is unlike most apartments and do their best to be helpful and find solutions wherever they can and work hard to keep it clean. Literally saw the leasing manger cleaning the carpets on the 4th floor after pet had an accident

The location is great and Alicia, the leasing manager, is nice. That's about all I can say are positives about this place. Communication is poor, maintenance is extremely slow to respond, and parking is abysmal. This complex has no dedicated parking so it's a free for all against everyone else in Southside to get street parking. The pictures show a "quick fix" for my AC unit being defective (put the maintenance ticket in 08/30/25 and still waiting for a new water pump). I feel this has been adversely affecting air quality in the unit. The next picture is a delightful blood splatter outside the elevator that I come home to one evening.

I leave there one year to many bigger when I lease $775 put they charge +75 totally $850 plus you have to give your credit card i find they charge $920 when I ask they this for power electricity ok what about $75 no one knows? They didn't accept bank check or zelle or cash is online charge, no phone number management no service in building they say they have housekeeping is not, in the elevator on hallway don't surprised if you see something dairy in the ground from the dog is 5 flour the dog let to go out, laundry machine is not clear actually so many dog there,one kitchen for 20 units and only 2 refrigerators this building i thing motel or hotel not for leave there.

Overall a solid property- I had a rocky start with a few maintenance issues, but Alicia turned everything around. She was responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt at home. Everything was resolved quickly, and she’s continued to go above and beyond since. The leasing process was super easy as well! The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed, the pricing is great, and the service—especially from Alicia—is unmatched. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat thanks to her and the overall quality of the property.
