101 Center, arlington-tx

I lived there when i was in college and that whole year was just so bad with the maintenance. I came to this apartment because people said it was good but no its not. So many problems and solving that problem took sooo long. When i moved out they charged me for things i had not done at all even if i had filled out the form when i moved in that apartment. So i fought with them and after a couple of months they removed it after i showed them PROOF that it was not done by me. Always have a video so everything even the smallest thing bc they like to take your money. That deposit you make when u move in don’t expect it back thats there way to stealing money from you. I thought my problem was resolved after telling them im not paying that extra money that i owe you so remove those charges that u gave me when i haven’t done it. And they did but then tell me why i keep getting calls and messages saying i still have to pay some amount because its not in the system? Does this make sense. I have been trying to reach out by calling them but they NEVER pick up. Extremely bad management. I even have the new paper they sent me and they were like its not in the system. Okay how is that my problem. Bc at this point i am wondering if i can sue them bc i have showed them everything and they are still wanting me to pay. Mind you i moved out on 2025 summer.

My brother and I pay over $2000 for this apartment. I would expect maintenence to be taken care of with this price tag. However, I have been dealing with roaches for 7 months now. Everytime I put in a maintenence request, it is marked as resolved but nothing is done. I have sprayed myself and set up roach traps and keep everything clean, but the roaches do not leave. They are in my cabinets, my bathroom, even my dishwasher. My dishwasher was not working for 3 months, would not even turn on. Over and over again I sent out in maintenence requests and nothing was done. Finally my mother came and spoke with the managers and maintenence was performed. The dishwasher still does not clean to the extent I would expect out of an apartment like this. My toilet also does not refill with water correctly. In order to flush my toilet, I need to fill a pitcher of water and dump it into the water tank to flush my toilet. The hallways and common areas smell of weed often, and I have had packages lost. Door handles to hallways are broken and I saw a homeless mam sleeping in the stairwell. Finally, the parking garage smells of pee and has things leaking from the ceiling. There is also a gate, but it has been open for months now. No security. My car and my brother's were vandalized, someone wrote on our windows woth marker. Overall, this apartment seems like luxury student living with good proximity to UTA, but I feel like I am not taken seriously by management.

I had an accident in the parking lot upon moving in and the maintenance employees were excellent. They helped my mom and I after the police and fire department left to get my rental truck out of the garage. Then they also helped me move my stuff into my apartment. The maintenance employees are amazing and I appreciate all their hard work. Update: Shout-out to Bazara for fixing my toilet in a timely manner. He was kind, respectful, and answered all my questions. Thank you Bazara!

Worst management experience. Every month there are unexplained charges added to my account, including late fees that I am not responsible for. I’ve had to visit the office 5–6 times a month just to get basic clarification and corrections. Calls and emails rarely receive proper responses, and issues are not addressed after repeated follow-ups. Residents should not have to constantly chase management to fix billing errors or pay incorrect balances. They wont even fix the error . Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I highly not recommend this for anyone who is looking to take the lease .Better Avoid this place .

Extremely disappointing experience with 101 Center. The staff are not at all helpful and seem confused about their own process, experimenting in ways that appear designed to collect more money. They even intentionally avoided my calls and the staff openly admitted it, being not at all regretful about it! Lucas tried to assist, but Clayton's (including the now New manager: Mackenzie who put a month later date for my move out on papers just to add additional charges on my account) mismanagement makes it impossible for anyone to get proper service. I left frustrated and feel this place is unprofessional from top to bottom unless you don't need any services that require interacting with the management. Any defensive reply will not change the reality of my experience. A strong advice would be to avoid this place.
