You'll move in to a place that is under construction and the landlord will say it will be done in a few days (but in reality this will go on for months). The doorknob will be removed by the landlord, who will then walk in on you sleeping unannounced to put instruments for more construction in your home (most people don't behave like this, but you'll learn fortunately some do!). You will be well acquainted with the D-Team of contractors who will drill all day everyday until they stop to remove the siding of your home (in winter conditionss in Wisconsin) revealing the beautiful pink panther insulation that you will become aquatinted with as progress moves at a snail’s pace. If you also enjoy water coming out of the light fixtures, a broken toilet, and a landlord that reassures you that the mold infestation is nothing to worry about Eau Claire Student Rentals by Pam is the place for you!!!

I was lucky enough to rent through Pamela and EC student rentals for 3 years during college. The property was very fairly priced, kept up to date when issues arose, and allowed my roommates and I focus on the important things while in school. The location was perfect as we were just a few blocks off of water street, right on the Chippewa River. I would (and have) recommend everyone to rent through Pam, as it creates an enjoyable, stress free experience for everyone involved!
