Hadley hall is a super nice place to live. I have never had any problems with finding food, or somewhere to go on a night out. the building is also pretty up to date and as long as you get an air conditioner (which the maintenance people will help you install) the summer is good too. both apartments i’ve been in have been cozy and well maintained and are definitely nice places to live. The management is also very helpful, they always help when i forget my keys, or have a question or something in my apartment breaks and always get stuff fixed fast. I feel quite relaxed knowing that they are around to answer my text about stuff and are also super friendly aswell. I would definitely recommend living in this building!

This is a great vintage courtyard apartment building that’s toasty warm in the winter and north facing brick summer cool. It’s rIght on Warren, so traffic noise is consistent but the oldish widows surprisingly mute noise considerably when closed. Building security has an open lobby with double locked door security first to stairwell, then hallways that charmingly echo like a wooden planked schoolhouse. Interiors have the same old wooden floors, some areas creaking more than others, which can feel too loud early am or late in the evening. High ceilings and vintage accents make the apartment charming. Electric the only utility, secure gated parking for $100/mo if you need it, & rent thru an easy online portal with multiple payment options. Location central to the University as well as to public transportation within blocks radiating out in every major direction. Nice management, very nice organization of incoming delivery area, and common laundry very well maintained, clean & plant filled—a nice touch. A good place to have lived.

I've lived in Midtown for a long time now, and while there are a lot of apartment buildings going up, I cannot stress enough the importance of having a human team regularly on the premises. The property management and maintenance personnel at Hadley aren't just present, they're responsive, friendly, and all-around helpful. I could not be happier with my interactions here. Also, before moving into an apartment, ask yourself what's more important: a new, stainless-steel fridge like in these new buildings or thick plaster walls like those in Hadley. Most important, though, is the building environment, and Hadley offers a top-notch experience rather than often needing to rely on an App to contact an off-site property manager. Hadley's interior and exterior are clean and well-maintained, too.

Hadley hall is in a great area of Detroit surrounded by a lot of good restaurants, shops, and places to see. It's a really good price, the building is well maintained, and the apartments are cozy. There have been some utility issues in my apartment but maintenance has been on top of it and I have no complaints. Overall I've loved living here.

I lived at Hadley Hall for two years. I had a happy and nice experience. The management team was always responsive and handled any issue quickly, which I really appreciated. They were also very kind and understanding when I needed to move into my house before my lease ended. I’m grateful for the positive experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.
