This is a great place to live. The neighborhood is close to Wayne State and very walkable, with lots of food places nearby, Pilates studios, and even a hair salon. I love my apartment and The Roost coffee shop right across the street. The neighbors are friendly, and there are cute events in the summer. (yard sales, porch concerts etc) The manager, Elexis, is sweet and kind. She’s quick to respond and always helps answer questions or take care of any issues. The maintenance guy, Chris, is great too. I would definitely recommend living here!

The manager for W. Canfield and Commonwealth is sweet and professional. She does all she can to keep all of her tenants happy. It is a save place to live and walking distance is not far from Wayne state. There is even a coffee shop right in front of the building on Canfield. I would definitely recommend people renting these apartments.💓💓

I have lived here for two 1/2 years. The area is very nice and clean. I have never had a problem with any type of bugs. Management is kind. And maintenance is quick to help. We have a on site manager and maintenance guy. Which is very helpful. The neighbors are nice a friendly. But the best part of this apartment complex is they allow dogs with a $25 pet fee every month! Love it here so does my dog

I have lived here for 2 going on 3 years. When I moved in I was a senior in college. Since graduating, it has been a blessing to call this place home. Elexis, the property manager is a true gem. She is attentive, caring, reasonable, and above all else responsive. Everyone in the neighborhood is proud to live here & it shows. We keep things cute, clean, & considerate!
