I’ve noticed a big improvement since the new management took over. The team has been more attentive, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about creating a better experience. Communication has improved, and things feel more organized overall. It’s refreshing to see positive changes being made—definitely a step in the right direction! In such a beautiful community 😍

I've had a really positive experience with the property manager Deanna. She was consistently professional, responsive. Anytime I've had a question She went above and beyond to answer, Deanna’s team does a great job at keeping the property clean and well-maintained, It's clear she genuinely care about the residents and Overall, I appreciate their reliability and dedication will be reaching out soon

Recently had experience with the new manager on site and I must say she answered every question I had with professionalism and respect. She even took time out of her day to show me the model apartment. Definitely a great experience. Thank you DeAnna for your kindness.

I am extremely upset with my experience at Copper Beech Townhomes. I found mold under my bathroom sink and reported it, but maintenance only changed the bathroom panel instead of properly addressing the mold issue. It felt like they tried to cover it up rather than actually fix the problem. I also sent an email explaining how this situation affected my health and shared symptoms I was experiencing. Instead of responding with care, they showed my private email to maintenance, which made me feel uncomfortable and not taken seriously. About two weeks ago, I emailed again with recommendations from my doctor about what should be done, and I never received a response. On top of that, I recently got locked out of my room late at night and called for help. I was told there was nothing they could do, which forced me to break into my own room. The phone service and support are honestly the worst. When I called about the mold issue, staff were very difficult to work with and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive way. This whole experience has been stressful, frustrating, and upsetting. I do not feel safe or cared for as a tenant. I would not recommend anyone move here. If I could put zero stars I would but it doesn’t let me publish without any stars

It was an overall good experience as far as apartments go, only minor or short term problems. But very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and usually things went well.
