West Woods Student Living, carrollton-ga

Now that I’ve graduated and moved out I stayed in the 400 building at first but moved due to a child crying constantly. I liked my quiet hours from 10:00pm -7:00am because I work construction. I asked the guy in 411 if he thinks he can keep the noice down , the office did nothing but except remind the entire complex of quiet hours but my friend moved in also with a dog and got fined. I’m just here to warn anyone looking for peace and quiet do NOT MOVE TO BUILDING 400 . You will not get an ounce of good sleep . I really hope west woods try to tighten up on slowing people to breaking the least agreement on 3-5 people staying in one room . If one gets punished everyone should get punished.

West Woods is awesome! My favorite things about it are awesome prices, large and spacious rooms, bathrooms, and living area. And the lobby area with the pool, exercise room, lounge and pool table is awesome to have! And the staff is amazing, kind, and helpful, and genuinely care. Best place my husband and I have ever lived in. 🙏🏾

people here race up and down the apartments at 1am screaming in the stairwells and trash left everywhere fights at 1am in the parking lot ac breaks every summer at least four times this is definitely a party complex if you are here to focus or a family I don’t recommend. someone was shot here at a party. I was going to stay another year but I don’t want to keep being woke up in the middle of the night to loud bass music from cars outside or engines revving or fighting or party’s on the stairs (they do got roaches I was not let known before moving here)

My son is a transfer student at UWG. West Woods Apartments were recommended to us and they did not disappoint! Daniel and Miss Rebecca took great care of getting us approved for our lease. Daniel answered all of my questions filling out my application. Miss Rebecca even helped me when my cell phone mysteriously quit working. Beautiful property combined with stellar office staff!

This apartment complex is trashed. Police will be outside your window with sirens blaring, especially if u live in a building close to the pool. Amenities suck and will constantly be closed. The gym equipment is rusted and not safe or reliable to use. Maintenance requests take forever to be completed, and they will cancel requests or say something is complete without ever coming to check on the request. When I moved in the AC was broken, when my roommate moved in, the AC was broken. The AC was broken many other times and the last time it was broken from April to end of June. Staff will enter your apartment without prior notification and leave lights on and doors unlocked. I’m so glad I didn’t renew my lease.
