If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since the new property manager Micah took over this community has fully went down hill. We have lived here 2 years and It was very well maintained and communication was great with the previous managers. Buildings infested and falling apart. Trash everywhere, exposed electrical wire, dog waste everywhere, etc. pictures attached will show the situation better.

The leasing manager is the sweetest person ever. Maintenance are the best. Every time I call them and something is wrong they have no hesitation on coming in. They been amazing to us since we been out here

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve lived here since October and I can definitely see things getting better since the new manager came in. She’s cool, actually listens, and gets stuff fixed. But everything isn’t on her—some people out here gotta do better, especially with their kids messing stuff up. Overall though, she’s trying and it shows.

I was Greeted very rude by the Manager upon arriving on site for a service call. I refused to offer my services here due to the unprofessional nature of the office manager.

The kids are bad over there and management is not great been gone since march and they sent me my deposit back in a check that didn’t work and now they giving me the runaround with my money
