It has been very nice living here for 17 years. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to anything you need help with. I will miss my apartment when I move to Michigan.

After being here 16 yrs.. I can truthfully say I have cherished so many people...in and out of the office. At times I know I ve been a pain in the pin feather's.🙂....but your staff here is very special to those of us who have caring ❤️s for it's clear your staff does! God Bless CRM and all those in your company.If possible please say hello to John Varecka for me and other's I've been grateful to know over these many year's! This place has 5 star office workers. When there was a problem in my apartment the maintenance workers were there to quickly fix the problem, and I never had to worry about them stealing anything. They have had a pest problem that they are working hard to resolve.

I would put a 0 if I could but because I can't I'll just write this to let everyone know that the building has bed bugs and if let's say your family member doesn't say anything to the office because they are worried about what others might think or say the office will not do anything!! Even with proof and complaining still nothing is done because my family member won't go say something!! It's a shame that they work like this and allowing the transfer of bed bugs like they are it's Gross!!! This place should be ashamed!!

I lived here last year my late husband and I was living here when he passed away I felt I needed to move for my health mentally but the staff was always helpful and I miss them I am wanting to return but don't know how to do it or if they would let me I like that the transportation was very close where I am now there is none also liked that the laundry was on the same floor here it is not there's a lot of pros of returning to Binghamton but a few cons can't do anything until May but really thinking about it
