Used to be a decent place to live but lately very infrequent with taking out the trash (which they charge us for). Also been going on about 2 weeks with no WiFi. This is extremely inconvenient seeing as most of the people who live here are students who need to do work. Fire alarms will go off at random hours of the night and morning. Randomly will have no hot water. Not worth the price we pay.

I’ve been here 2 years and had a blast. The vibes are always super hype and the staff and maintenance crew are all so nice. Not only that, but this place is right across the campus— easy access. Definitely would stay here with friends had I not been graduating this year.

Incompetent property management that will not accept accountability for any of their failed systems. Have spent weeks with no wifi, no garbage collection, fluctuating rent bills (added variable fees), no working payment portal. Looking back at the lease it says internet is not guaranteed. Other than the building being nice and the apartment spaces nice, this place is beyond terrible and I would not recommend at any price. Lastly, they do not enforce the no smoking policy and the entire building reeks of weed day and night. If you smoke amd dont care about a shoddy run establishment, consider this place. Otherwise, steer clear.

Maintenance Failures: There is an ongoing water leak that has yet to be properly addressed. • Infrastructure Issues: Frequent and prolonged internet outages have made it nearly impossible to keep up with my work and studies, causing immense and unnecessary stress. At this point, I don't just want the bare minimum repairs; I want to see meaningful improvements in how this property is run. It is time for the management team to step up, communicate transparently, and find a way to reward their residents for their patience—or at the very least, compensate us for the week of services we paid for but didn't receive. We deserve to be treated with respect, not just viewed as a rent check."

If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve lived here for three years and have watched this place go extremely downhill. We had no Wi-Fi for over a month, trash was piling up in the hallways and was eventually moved to the garage, where it’s now literally like a landfill taking up multiple parking spaces. We also had no hot water for over a week. Every time I go to the office to ask what’s going on, I’m told they’re going to reimburse us for some of the rent—but that has yet to happen. Communication has been poor, and these ongoing issues have made living here incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this place
