Astro Apartments, albany-ny

I really enjoyed living here. The room is comfortable, and the apps for laundry and rent work great. Whenever something needs attention like snow shoveling, maintenance, rent payments, or lease renewals, they send timely emails, which I really appreciated. I had easy access to campus, food, and public transportation. Walmart, Crossgates Mall, and other essential stores are just five minutes away, which made everything really convenient. Becca, the property manager, is also wonderful and very responsive whenever you need to communicate something. Overall, I had a great experience living here!

Worse Apartment in Albany county. Don’t even bother… Not as advertised. -Zero customer service -Facility manager so inefficient and inaccessible -Management has no interest whatsoever about the tenant’s’ concerns. -So all your complaints and concerns will never be attended to. - Rooms are dirty and not Clean and the appliances are very old . -USPS doesn’t regard the place as a residential place; they still regard it as a business place, so your mails will be messed up. Rent at your own detriment and displeasure. From a former tenant.

I came late and they accommodated me quick, when there is maintenance needed they are quick as well, they make sure we’re informed of cleanings of the lot, it’s enough space and compared to the other student apartments, they save you money

I had a great experience living at Astro Apartments. The building is very clean, and my living space was clean as well. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. The maintenance workers were very responsive and took care of any issues I had. The management is great with communicating and had level of care in their work. I had easy access to campus, food, and the bus. I recommend anyone looking for a place in Albany to check out Astro Apartments, as it was a great experience living there.

Ive been at Astro for a year and am renewing my lease at the end of the month. I find the location perfect and the price better. The managers are friendly and attentive and the maintenance come when needed ..even at 2 am when I forgot my key lol. Overall its been a good first time apartment. cant really complain about much. And I LOVE my dishwasher!
