Westwood Student Mews, coventry

Had a nice short year here. A bit far away from campus but great amenities and great staff. Audrey the housekeeper is so sweet and hospitable, and all the staff here during the night shifts works really hard so they definitely deserve their flowers.

I feel very safe living here. The building has secure access, and only residents can enter, which gives a lot of peace of mind. The area itself is so quiet and friendly, so overall I have never had any concerns about safety. The bedroom is so comfortable and well-designed for student living. There is enough space for studying and relaxing, and the furniture is practical and in good condition. Its a nice balance between being functional and cosy, which makes it easy to settle in. The accommodation is generally very clean and well maintained. The common area is cleaned by the staff once a week (never heard of that in any other student accomodations). Any issues are dealt quickly, which helps keep the over all standard high.

The staff are very considerate and kind. The amenities are great and well taken care of. Furthermore, there is a free shuttle to the campus Which decreases costs further for residents, and the drivers are very kind. I feel like I have a personal relationship with my flatmates, and with the staff, which made adjusting to university so much easier. Also, their process of handling conflicts are very calm and supportive, which helps resolve them. The security is also very robust. I recommend living here!! The only thing I’d say is that they need to improve on is a revamp!

Really happy with this place. The rooms are modern and everything is kept really clean, including the communal areas. The reception team are brilliant, super friendly and always happy to help. Parking is free which is always a win, and the shuttle service is included in the price which is a massive bonus. Saves you a lot of hassle and extra cost! They also host trips and events throughout the year . Overall a really great place to stay!

With the accommodation in general, there are very little noise disturbances during quiet hours and the area is generally pretty quiet. Security is very good, there is always someone on site and there haven't really been any security threats while I've been here. Communication is very good from the staff and they always keep us up to date with emails and they are very friendly if you approach them at reception.
