The staff here is genuinely helpful and approachable. The one thing I love the most about them is how quick they handle the delivered packages and let me know as soon as the package arrives. Also, whenever I have a question, they take their time to give a detailed answer rather than rushing me. Overall, I would say there is no problem with the staff.

I would like to praise every member of staff here — they are all kind, warm, and welcoming. They’ve added so much comfort and positivity to my student life. The response time is also excellent. I reported an issue with my oven last night, and by this morning, Fred had already come to fix it. He, along with the rest of the team, is incredibly friendly and supportive. They have helped me a lot, especially when I was not able to manage things on my own. I truly appreciate all their help — thank you for making this place feel like home.

The student accommodation is very good with high standard of cleanliness and hygiene that makes the living environment and healthy for residents. The shared space and are regularly maintained and kept clean, which help student feel at ease, in addition the student accommodation manage noise and disturbance very well, creating a calm and respectful atmosphere for studying and resting. Overall , it provides a pleasant and well organised place to live, where student can feel safe, relaxed and focused in their studies.

Genuine horror show of an accommodation. They'll cancel your room and forcibly swap you to new ones that they haven't cleaned to the point spiders are all over the place, or ones they haven't even gotten the keys for. However, you try to cancel 4 months in advance after a staff member tells you that you'll be able to and that you should 'just apply for the next year to be safe', and they'll refuse and keep you hostage to their payments. They'll ask you to bring someone to take over your room and then convince that person behind your back to take a different one. They'll ignore your emails and calls for the entirety of the process and fill every room but yours and tell you that 'nobody is taking rooms so there's nothing we can do' There's an AXO Accomodation about 2 minutes away that's better than this place and actually has common rooms and facilities rather than being an oversized parking lot with impossibility to socialise. Heavily advise you just go there and enjoy yourself instead of falling for their 'low price, good service' marketing plays. I fully recommend avoiding this place at all costs, and I'm sure many others would share the sentiment. The first year there was a mildly tolerable experience, with the only major concern being fruit flies swarming the kitchen before I even moved in but that second year was hell on earth and if not for a couple good staff members (not the managerial team though, the manager's never on-site conveniently when there's an issue), I'd have made this a nuclear issue much sooner. If 0 stars could be an option, I'd put it down.

They really need to do something about the noise. I was satisfied with everything else, great price, room size, cleanliness, staff service, amenities and so forth. Yet noise insulation is so poor that it offsets all the advantages. You cannot help hearing every noise outside your room: footsteps, toilets flushing, phone calls, conversations, phone alarms, you name it. And door closers are practically non-functional, so you can't close the doors without slamming them. The entire day in your room is thus accompanied by every noise from the kitchen and all other rooms, especially doors slamming at random times and loud enough to startle you. Especially if you are allocated night-owl flatmates, you're doomed to suffer from insomnia, waking up disturbed by slamming doors at 4 am, hearing your flatmates cook, chat and play cards in the kitchen. Since this made it impossible for me to lead my everyday life here, I eventually decided to move out. Too bad they have such a critical problem, because I would have lived there satisfied if it were not for the severe noise issue.
