Finding student accommodation in Canterbury is easier when everything you need is close by. A short commute to university, reliable transport links and everyday essentials within walking distance can make a real difference during the academic year. Pavilion Court brings all of those together from its central location, offering students well-connected accommodation close to Canterbury's universities, city centre and railway station.

Shared apartments suit those who enjoy a more social environment, while studios and one-bedroom apartments provide extra privacy without sacrificing convenience.
The residence also includes a range of communal facilities that help make day-to-day life easier. Dedicated study rooms, social spaces, an on-site gym and management support all contribute to a practical living experience, while the property's central Canterbury location keeps universities, transport links and local amenities within easy reach throughout the year.

Pavilion Court is really great accommodation for UKC students. It's very close to town and just minutes away from Canterbury West train station. It's about 30 minutes to the UKC campus but there is a bus stop just down the road if you wanted to get the bus. The accommodation itself is kept in great condition and I love staying here. I needed accommodation last minute this year due to Covid-19 and Pavilion Court has been perfect for all my needs as well as being quite flexible in terms of tenancy length. The staff here are amazing too and will go above and beyond to help you with any issues but also with making you feel at home here.

Derek, Charlie, Sam, and other staffs are super nice! They can always handle all problems that we've had. Thank you for helping us and making us convenient when being here. My room is nice and wide. It's full of furniture except dining table and microwave. Anyway, we asked Charlie that if there is any microwave, then he gave us one!! He said "first come, first served" The cons for this apartment is there is no dining table (but another room types may have, idk), and the location of my room is above Sainbury's. If you easily wake up, don't choose the room that is above the store because they load things almost every morning (5.30-6.00), and it's quite loud. It will really make you upset if you just go to bed around 4 am because of the tons of assignments. I'm happy when staying here. Super friendly staffs, nice location (2 minute walking to city centre). The room is great, and costs much cheaper than a uni dorm. If you don't mind about those little drawbacks, don't hesitate to book this apartment! Worth to stay!

I moved into a Pavilion Court flat months ago from uni accommodation and I can say WOW it's absolutely beyond my expectations - my flat here in Pavilion Court is much better than the one I lived in before. Common areas are always maintained to be neat and tidy. My room has a very comfortable environment with little noise (for me this is the point as I sometimes have sleep disorder and need a quiet space, and fortunately I do have this space now). Online shopping enthusiasts can feel at ease about the delivery of parcels because they are well managed :) I think all of this is attributed to the hard work of Derek, Michelle and Sam. They are the most responsible and considerate people I have ever met. Anyway if you just want to live alone this is a nice place for you to focus on your study and enjoy personal interests. If you want to live with friends, it's also fabulous as various events are held here from time to time ^ ^

I stay in a Gold Studio at Pavilion Court and I'm so happy here, it's lovely. It's an ideal location for students as its right in town and only a 20/25 minute walk from UKC campus. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming; you form an actual relationship with them which is much better than having a landlord (I have experienced both). Also any maintenance issues are resolved immediately with no fuss at all. I would definitely recommend Pavilion Court to any students either looking to live alone in a studio or share communal spaces in a flat with others. I have had such an easy and enjoyable time here I will be sad to go :)

Pavilion Court is located in one of the most if not the most convenient places in Canterbury. It is near the Canterbury West train station, there is a Sainsburys right next to the building, it has a bus station right across the street and has various food and retail shops around. This is the second year I stay in Pavilion Court and there are numerous reasons for that: - As I mentioned above, the location is really convenient for everyone (especially for students). - The staff are friendly and willing to help us with any issues around the clock. - The facilities are always clean and there is a small gym where you can work out. - Derek, who is currently running the place, is one of the greatest people I have met in my life. Funny, smart, hardworking and always willing to help. Since I am graduating this year, it will be my last year in Pavilion Court. However, if I stayed in Canterbury for one more year, it would sure be at Pavilion Court.
