UKO Balmain, sydney

I’ve lived here for over two years and it’s been such a wonderful experience. The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The location is beautiful, convenient, close to public transport and good cafes. The property manager, Yulia, is absolutely amazing! She is kind, lovely, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcomed and comfortable. She even organises monthly community events like BBQs for the tenants, creating a warm and friendly community atmosphere. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I move out today after spending the past 10 months living at UKO Balmain. I loved living here and if I return to Sydney I will definitely be coming back. The property manager Yulia is amazing, she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and she organises monthly bbq’s for the tenants to get to know each other. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived at UKO Balmain twice with my first stay for six months in October of 2022 and again for almost a year and a half in December 2023. The studio apartments have a great fit & finish and access to communal spaces such as a larger kitchen and open plaza. I always gravitated back to UKO as it provides great value in the city, fantastic public transport links and easy walking distance to Darling High Street. There is a great sense of community fostered by monthly events hosted by our lovely manager Yulia. She always dealt with any problems or queries we had quickly and was such a pleasure that she eventually became a close friend. I cannot recommend UKO Balmain enough for its great location, convenience and I hope to return again soon!

It's also close to vibrant cafes, shops, and excellent transport links, making it so easy to get around. I also appreciated the seamless management and responsive team at UKO, who ensured my stay was hassle-free. The building's amenities were great, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. If you’re looking for a stylish and well-located place to stay, UKO Balmain is definitely a top choice. Would happily return!
