UKO Potts Point, sydney

Great location and very good value. Potts Point and upmarket shops and eateries close by. Kings Cross transport links and wide range of shops and eateries close by. Rushcutters a 10 minute walk away. So much to enjoy here. The building has had lots of upgrades and once they are tweaked this place will be magic. As others have said before me the range of accommodation varies a lot in the building. Long term stays are encouraged. Liase with Ansh the property manager to ensure you get what you are wanting in size of suite. Ansh will do his best to help. Mo The quality of the room for out out is high. The communal facilities on ground floor and 4th floor roof top are brilliant. Laundry room has 3 washers and 3 dryers coin operated by combination of $1 & $2 coins so be prepared.

The view from the rooftop is magnificent. The building (including the rooms and common areas) have recently been renovated and it looks beautiful. Good communications from the building manager and he is very responsive to my questions/ requests. Very convenient location and easy access to many attractions in Sydney.

My partner and I have stayed at both the UKO Alexandria and Potts Point locations over the past six months, and overall our experience has been very positive. The House Managers, Brani at Alexandria and Ansh at Potts Point, have both been incredibly responsive and helpful with check-ins, room changes, and any questions we had throughout our stays. As Sydney locals currently between homes, UKO has been the perfect solution for us offering comfortable, fully furnished apartments in fantastic neighbourhoods. It’s made a transitional period feel much easier. One area that did fall short for us at the Potts Point location was the air-conditioning, which tended to work inconsistently and made some evenings difficult to sleep. We truly hope this issue is resolved soon, as it would make an already great stay even better. Another small suggestion would be to relieve residents from needing to manage the industrial bins outside, as this doesn’t quite align with the premium experience UKO aims to provide. Aside from these points, we’ve genuinely enjoyed our time at both properties and have always been treated wonderfully by the team. My girlfriend and I have stayed here for a couple months now. The studio has been a perfect fit for a first home here in Sydney with everything we need. Ansh the property manager has always been at hand to answer any questions solve any issues that arise for us promptly and efficiently. Very good location for the trains into the city or to bondi junction just slightly far from a beach where you get a train and a bus but is still short travel time.

Excellent location - Harris farms and coles within 1, and 5 minutes walking distance respectively. Beautiful walk and run around Rushcutters bay nearby. You can't beat the location of this property. The new rennovation is exceptionally high quality - the facilities are new and appliances work well. The community is very good - people are very friendly and I made friends very quickly. Separately, its incredibly well managed. The community manager, Ansh, is attentive, responsive and caring - any queries and issues are resolved immediately and the customer service is great! The rooftop is the best part!
