About this property
Campus Perth isn't your grandma's student digs; it's a slick, co-living hub that's giving downtown living a fresh, bold look. Smack-dab in the city centre at 80 Stirling Street, this place blurs the lines between boujee living and a study haven. We're talking 11 storeys of expertly designed space, turning a vintage commercial building into a 726-bed palace for the academic elite. It’s for students who know that where you live is as crucial as what you study.
This is all-inclusive living so that you can ditch the stress of surprise bills. Your rent covers utilities, A/C, and blazing-fast Wi-Fi—meaning more cash for your iced coffee addiction and less time stressing over splitting the power bill. The whole vibe is intercollegiate, meaning you’ll link up with students from literally every major at Perth Uni. The architecture and interiors are a whole mood: stylish, modern, and built for maximum functionality and social impact. Basically, Campus Perth took traditional Perth student housing and made it cooler, safer, and way more connected. If your current place is basic, you need a word with Campus Perth.
Life at Campus Perth is a total vibe check, and yes, it passes with flying colours. This isn't just about a room; it’s about a lifestyle powered by a whopping 3,600 sqm of communal spaces. You're not just renting a bed; you're joining a community that’s always on.
When we say facilities, we mean a full-blown ecosystem designed to support your study-life balance. The Link is your high-tech, co-working sanctuary—a dedicated study space with cluster tables, private meeting rooms, and all the connectivity you need to crush your assignments. When it’s time to disconnect, The Commons is your go-to. We're talking a dedicated gaming room, a trendy lounge, and chill zones for when you need to just snooze. Need to burn off that late-night instant ramen? Hit the fully-fitted fitness studio with cardio, weights, and boxing facilities, plus a yoga studio for when you need to find your zen. Communal kitchens are scattered throughout, perfect for a group meal prep session, and the rooftop terrace? That’s your sunset spot for BBQ parties and city views that hit different. There's also a theatre room and a community garden, because why not? Campus Perth makes other student accommodation in Perth look seriously tragic.
The social scene here is lit—and fully programmed. The Campus Perth team drops $1000 worth of free events every month, ranging from resume writing workshops (adulting, ugh) to cooking lessons, yoga sessions, and full-blown themed parties. This is your chance to meet your next study buddy, best friend, or travel partner. Because it’s an intercollegiate hub, you get a natural mix of people from different universities, backgrounds, and courses, making the community diverse and seriously interesting. Forget awkward introductions; the communal spaces and constant events do the heavy lifting for you. It's the ultimate setup for making lifelong connections while living in the heart of Perth.
Safety is non-negotiable, and Campus Perth understood the assignment. They've got 24/7 CCTV surveillance and secure swipe card access for both the building and your room, meaning only residents and vetted staff are cruising the halls. They’ve even got first-aid trained staff on site, and for that extra layer of peace of mind, it’s located a stone's throw from Perth’s largest police station. Plus, for shared rooms, they maintain a strict no-gender mix policy. So, you can focus on your studies and social life without constantly looking over your shoulder.
Your living space is prime, baby. Campus Perth is parked right in the sweet spot where the Perth CBD, Northbridge, and East Perth meet. This means you're officially in the epicentre of everything you need for a fully-fledged student lifestyle.
Right next door is Northbridge, Perth's cultural, dining, and nightlife hub. Day one, ditch the bus pass—you’re walking distance from the Art Gallery of WA, the State Library, and the Perth Cultural Centre. When the sun sets, this is where the action is. Think street-food markets, cool bars, live music, and diverse restaurants. Need to destress? The Ellington Jazz Club is your spot. Basically, your weekends just upgraded from "staying in" to "hitting the city’s best spots." Finding accommodation for students in Perth that puts you this close to the cool stuff is rare.
You're literally in the central business district. A quick walk, and you're surrounded by the major shopping districts like the Hay Street Mall (retail therapy, check) and all the essential services. Need to catch a train? McIver Train Station is just a 5-minute walk, and bus stops are even closer, making commuting to literally any campus a breeze. Plus, access to the Perth City Farmers Market means fresh produce for your communal kitchen masterpiece. This central location elevates Campus Perth as a top choice for student accommodation Perth CBD.
Getting around is effortless. Perth is super walkable, but for longer trips, you have the Free Transit Zone (FTZ) for buses and trains, which is a total budget win. You can easily hop on a bus to the University of Western Australia (UWA) or take a quick train ride. When you need nature, the majestic Kings Park and Botanic Garden—one of the world's largest inner-city parks—is just a short trip away for when you need to touch grass and pretend you're not studying. The neighbourhood delivers on convenience, culture, and connectivity.
If you’re looking for basic, keep scrolling. Campus Perth is for students who want their accommodation to be as ambitious as their degree. This place isn't just about giving you a desk and a bed; it’s about plugging you directly into a thriving, diverse community right in the middle of Perth's hottest spot. The sheer amount of communal space and the relentless social calendar means you’re basically guaranteed a next-level student experience. The rooms are fully furnished, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the security is tight. Honestly, this is peak Perth student accommodation. It's modern, it's connected, and it's where you want to be.

I’m currently staying at Campus Perth and I’m having a really great experience. The location is perfect, close to the city center and everything you might need, which makes it very convenient for students. I’m staying in a four-bedroom apartment, and it’s honestly a great solution. Having my own space while sharing common areas with other students creates a really nice balance between privacy and social life. The apartment is very clean, modern, and well organized. Everything is well maintained, and you can really tell that attention is given to keeping the spaces tidy and comfortable. The common areas are beautiful and welcoming, perfect for studying, relaxing, or meeting new people. The overall atmosphere is friendly and international, which makes the experience even more interesting. I would definitely recommend Campus Perth to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-structured student accommodation in Perth.

Quite expensive accommodation, there were some problems with emails, the application for paying for laundry and other things. Also, a high bond is taken at the beginning until the end of the contract. Good things are the gym, monthly and weekly events, a billiard room, table tennis, etc. Although there were some misunderstandings, the management and leadership are quite professional and they are accommodating as much as the Campus policy allows them. I would especially like to praise the reception team, Alan and Marcy (Marcelie), kind, helpful and professional, and the new girl Noah who is very pleasant. Good location.

I have been living at Campus Perth in a Studio Large apartment for several months now and plan to extend my stay for a longer term. The apartment is spacious and perfectly suited for two people: large windows with a beautiful view from the top floor, and a comfortable big bed. Upon moving in, we were provided with several sets of bed linen as well as a starter pack of dishes and cleaning supplies — which turned out to be very convenient. The lease agreement and check-in process were clear and transparent. The campus offers plenty of areas for studying, working, and relaxing. During peak hours it can sometimes be hard to find a free spot, but most of the time there’s more than enough space. Shared kitchens are also available and fully equipped with dishes, sponges, and towels. Sometimes students leave a mess behind, but the staff cleans every morning, which partly solves this issue. Utilities and internet are included in the rent, which is convenient. However, the internet occasionally drops out for 10–15 minutes a couple of times a day, which can be disruptive when working remotely. There is a laundry room with dryers in the building — there’s usually enough space, and the prices are quite reasonable. The atmosphere deserves special mention: several times a week the campus hosts different events and activities that make it easy to meet new people and build useful connections. And perhaps most importantly — the campus staff. They are always approachable, ready to help with any issues, and take an individual approach. Thanks to them, we have made many new friends and truly feel part of a real community. Overall, Campus Perth is an excellent place to live, study, and work — especially for those who value comfort, convenience, and an active community.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Campus Perth. The facilities are great, and there are always activities going on, which makes it easy to meet new people and feel part of a community. I stayed in Campus 4 and had such great roommates, which honestly made the whole experience even better. Overall, a really positive stay!

I have lived in Campus Perth for 9 months. Everything is excellent. The maintenance team and security team quickly resolve problems. There is one bad thing in here: the lift is usually out of order. Sometimes we will meet some rude people who live in here.
