I’ve had such a great experience living at City Lofts Apartments. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a perfect location, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Olivia Szaj at the front desk is absolutely the best — always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything. She makes residents feel genuinely welcomed every single day.

I love my new home! The maintenance team is highly responsive to my app requests and completed requests immediately with written notices left in my home regarding completed work. The property manager, Tracey W. has been prompt, responsive, friendly and helpful with my application process, move in questions, and in passing daily. I can text the property manager and receive timely responses to any questions and the entire team is aware of all property related concerns with immediate action. The common area is open 24 hrs for laundry room, neighbors are respectful and friendly, super pet friendly home, enjoy game room while doing laundry and security doors for safety. I couldn’t ask for better housing options with paired roommate and budget conscious variety to modern living. The utility fees are a low flat expense and include water, power, trash concierge, and internet. Amazing! The property is centrally located in midtown area of Williamsburg with quick access to shopping, restaurants, parks, and interstate. This is home and grateful to call City Lofts my community!

I live here and I’m a Google guide, and I believe I have a duty to honestly review this place. I moved to Williamsburg, with very little to my name, and I desperately needed a place last minute, and there was only two or three options available and this was one of them. I read the reviews and I noticed that there were several negative ones from a few years back but people rarely look at date of review and instead when they see a tag like “lying” it’s really really not good for a business. So I looked past that and went in to meet with the Property Manager and take a look at a room. Long story short, I live here, but that’s not enough proof because who knows your circumstances? So from a pragmatic logical perspective this is why I love this place and chose to live here. New Management: Tracy that is the new PM is new to the area and to managing this property, she is from VB, and brings all of that big city PM experience here. She is kind, loyal to her tenants, works hard with all of us to find solutions to any problems, billing or otherwise, and is all around a wonderful person. Her boss Amber is also excellent and you can easily request a meeting with her to find a solution to something Tracy can’t handle. Maintenance: Need bleach for your laundry last minute? Has your water gone out? Need help jumping your car? If you have any concerns like this then you will be living in the right place. Aarron the maintenance guy is also newly hired and is fantastic. He is quick to handle maintenance requests, works with Tracy to find solutions to problems and he is easy to find during business hours if something randomly comes up. Amenities: You can’t beat all the amenities here. Gym, laundry controlled by smartphone, reading area, large table area for larger guest parties, lounge area, study area, small gaming area, pool, and coffee in the lobby. Price: This is a good deal for all utility prices included in the Williamsburg area. The Wi-Fi does lag, so you may need to buy your own, but I have my own company so I found I needed it regardless. Cons: You cannot open a window to the outside and neighbors can sometimes be disgusting but that’s not the Property’s fault. In summary, if you’re looking for a great place to live, look no further and schedule a viewing with Tracy today! Mention me and my review so they can expand on anything I brought up!

Lived here for the last two years of my undergrad (2022-2024), and I am so happy I did! The management was lovely and responsive to any apartment concerns I had. It really felt like home and I am grateful for my time there. :)

It’s not a roomy shower and bath! The outdoor pool is nice! Aaron goes above and beyond to help you when you need help! He always has a smile on his face! House keeping makila is amazing the first floor smells amazing! The outdoor pool is beautiful! The leasing office is timely and good with getting things in order! There does need to be more regular work done on the elevators! Again Aaron is Amazon :)
