Pool parties during the summer... If you want no sleep and loud parties all night during the summer, this is the place to stay! The cops and security have been called too many times to count and the pool just opened. The people that party here don't even live here. The other day I watched a group of people get dropped off by a car and one of the guys jumped the fence, and opened the door from the inside to let everyone in. If your window faces the pool, count on hearing all loud screams and music from the parties. The walls are thin. Today was actually the "pool party" held by the faculty. Faculty leaves at 6pm. It is past 10:00pm and it seems that they forgot to turn off the apartment's music speakers. I am very excited to not sleep tonight because their loud music is still playing. I have never stayed the summer at altitude before, but I am very disappointed. I have work like most normal people do, and my sleep schedule has been disturbed too many times to count because of poor security and no faculty around.

Thank you and we love you Ken! Superhero is an understatement, I am thoroughly convinced that my apartment building would be a pile of smoldering rubble if not for our incredible maintenance man. No one gets down to do the nitty gritty work required to keep this place moving like KEN! In a world full of unfunny boys who can’t change a tire ( Like my roommate Brock) Ken is a man who can put a smile on your face while fixing your toilet.

Altitude the party apartments where there is zero security and random people go to the pool and swim whenever they want and your car gets broken into every other weekend. The randoms also like to walk around and hit on every single female they see and play music as loud as they see fit. Also, if you don’t feel safe and you get sick and tired of everything happening they do not care :))))

Altitude is good. I don't have any other word to describe it. Maintenance is also quick and snappy with my favorite being Ken who is always friendly and awesome.
