Love this place!! 4 Bed 4 Baths I’m staying in the First Floor; Room D Everything is great except from these few things which you can get used to. Building: It’s great nice, pretty clean. Unless students mess it up 🙄. So far so good, 3.75 when it comes to cleanliness 😊. Living in the first floor: Very simple to move in!!! You are not required to use the stairs! The only disadvantage is the sound made by those above. However, you can always tell them to stop or report them to the RA. I haven't yet, but I'm waiting for my last straw lol. Another disadvantage is that because you are on the first floor, the AC units outside makes a lot of noise. It's very irritating, but you'll get used to it. Room Assignment D: The biggest room in the apartment, you get more space. The only disadvantage is that you may have a wifi box taking up space in your closet and making noises, but you will get used to it. I'll pick it again because it has a lot more space than the other rooms. Last but not the least!!! Roommates: My roommates are chill, great, pretty cool. There are some cons though, everything cannot be perfect. So be prepared to negotiate. However, if possible, living with someone you know is preferable. ⚠️ P.s Beware! It's either the school doesn't pair students with roommates who match their preferences, or people lie on their applications about how they like their living situation. So, if you're pretty clean, be prepared lol. Hope this helps!!! 🫰🏾

Living in LL is really nice. The only issue I think I have is just how much sound travels and how thin the walls are. Besides that, it's pretty nice. I get my own room and bathroom, a living room, full kitchen, extra storage, and a small balcony. I have the 2 bed 2 bath option, and it's $2900/semester per person. A lot of money, but totally worth it

Not the worst place to live if you want to stay on campus, but there are lots of speed-bumps. I hit the bottom of my car every time I have to go over one...and there are at least 3 of them to even reach the further back buildings. Maintenance fixes issues quickly, no bugs, and neighbors are kind of noisy (but realize you are on a college campus). But it is overall an okay place to live.

Great place to live. Very safe. Very convenient. Great RA's. Updated and fresh living areas. Noisy lawn care. Faulty key card system occasionally requires resetting to get back in sometimes a pain if getting home late for any reason. Overall you can't go wrong staying here.
