Vivo | Toledo, toledo-oh

So far my living experience here has been pretty good! I like they're housing deals/offers that go around and the updates/notifications I receive via email. One thing I'd like to see updated in the near future are the light fixtures and possibly the laundry facilities. Other than that, I've had a good experience here at Vivo.

Tay helped me get settled in and did an amazing job! He was kind, professional, honest, and he worked hard to make sure that my move-in process was smooth and that I felt taken care of. I would highly recommend talking to Tay if you’re considering Vivo.

I currently live at Vivo Toledo and my experience has been positive. One of the supervisors, Von, stands out for how efficiently and professionally he handles situations. He is always prompt in addressing concerns and does a great job maintaining order and professionalism in the building.

I had a terrible experience living here. When I moved in the carpet was stained, random holes in the walls and the furniture in my room was broken. They never actually fixed any of it except the walls. The office/reception was always unreachable and had to call multiple times for the smallest maintenance requests. The lights outside were also broken and were never fixed. After I moved out they charged me thousands to replace the carpets that had been dirty and stained since before I moved in.

I don’t live at Vivo Toledo myself, but many of my friends do, and we’ve all noticed the same issue: the people who work in the office are very unprofessional. They often have an attitude and don’t talk nicely or respectfully to residents. This is not just my experience — several friends who live here have complained about the same problem. The rooms themselves are okay, but the office staff makes the experience frustrating. Management should focus on hiring and training employees who are more respectful and supportive toward students.
