I would put ZERO if possible. The grove has been AWFUL from the start. First there was a mold issue which made me and my roommate extremely sick for months. My ac currently broke and now has a window ac unit that works pretty well. But the living room has no air. There is a bug issue since the front door has a pretty big gap. And the apartment was not cleaned well before at all, there is what seems to me mold in the shower. Lastly the fridge leaks to the point where the bottom drawer fills up completely with water.

To start off, I’ve lived at the Grove now for almost a full year, and I can say it’s been very comfortable for me, and I haven’t had a lot of issues with things. Front desk staff are super nice, maintenance team is prompt to fix any issues with the apartments, And overall the living space is spacious, does what it needs to do for me and I am more than happy. The two not so good things are the Wi-Fi goes out really frequently, and the trash compactor breaks every so often. Otherwise, this place is great.

You can do better. The website makes this place look lovely. It is not. I am writing this to warn others of what they are getting themselves into. Since the day my daughter moved in there have been problems. The first and possibly the most problematic is the mold. Her health and breathing were impacted, but they never actually fixed the problem. They just kept closing out the maintenance requests, but nothing changed. The front desk staff has always been nice, but they lack the authority to help with the problems that arise. Her apartment has had infestation after infestation. Cockroaches, wasps, flys in the bathroom, mice, more mice and even more mice. The mice nested in the walls and even the couch. She found out about the mice in the couch when one ran over while she was lounging in it. In all fairness they did call an exterminator, but they have a very unorganized relationship with them.The grove never knows when they are coming. So, they can’t tell you when the exterminator is coming, and they won’t go into your room unless you are there. Even if you give express permission to do so. My daughter was fined for excessive noise. They found out it was her neighbor and the fine was removed, but this fine was given with no verbal warnings or prior communication. I am pointing this out, because for some reason noise is the problem not the endless piles of dog poop littered all over the grounds. No one is getting fines for that, and no one is cleaning it. It seems that the grove spends most of their time and resources trying to hoodwink you into renewing your lease. Be prepared for endless hard sell communications trying to bully you into renewing early. It’s never ending. P.S. Nice AI response to my review. There is nothing human in that response. So, I think there is zero chance the grove will be improving anytime soon. Unless, AI can learn how to pick up dog poop. ;)

My experience at The Grove has been nothing short of exceptional. The property is beautiful and offers every amenity you could think of, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Its convenient location—just a short drive from campus—makes it an ideal choice for anyone needing nearby accommodations. Their shuttle service is also an option and is always punctual. What really sets The Grove apart, though, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made me feel welcome whenever I needed assistance. I consistently recommend this place to friends, and if I could give it more than five stars, I absolutely would.

Great experience because I had that one helper that came up to give me advice on that one thing, so when I got finished it was way faster than if I had no help getting done with my things, so because of their help doing what needed to be done I had more time on my hands to spend more time doing other things that had to be done. Thank you
