My daughter signed a lease with her 2 best friends. They were told they would he living together. Today, my daughter found out that was a lie. Her and one of her friends are with some random MAN and her other FEMALE friend was placed with 2 random MEN. How unsafe!!!!!! You tell us after we signed the lease. How can you promise me that my daughter will be safe? Or her friend? Your Facebook post says “friends that sign together stay together” this is false advertising as you don’t keep people together who signed leases together. May be looking into legal after this. You purposely didn’t tell them until they already signed the lease and won’t give the application fee back or anything. SHADY AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY WILL PUT YOUR TEENAGE DAUGHTER WITH 2 RANDOM MEN!! Not safe. Editing. How can you look up if my daughter lives there when we don’t even have the same last name?! How does that make sense. And she was supposed to be rooming with a GAY man. Not random men off the street. My daughter spent over an hour talking to you. She was told they would stay together so she signed saying she would room with a man, the man she picked. She didn’t mean she would room with random men off the street. That’s misleading!!!!! Her GAY best friend is different than some random man. False advertising for sure!!

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Cambridge at Southern so far! I live in a two bedroom apartment. The community is welcoming, the staffs are super helpful, and the location is perfect for student life as the campus bus is available from the this location and nearest distance to GSU campus. It’s been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience near campus.Most importantly, it's furnished and the rent comes with utilities, so no worry about extra utility bill. Overall, it is a really nice place where you can call it home.

I’ve had a great experience living at Cambridge at Southern. The rent is affordable, especially considering it includes electricity, internet, and water, which makes budgeting much easier. The environment is very clean, and you can tell there is a consistent cleaning routine in place. Maintenance has also been reliable and responsive, and the overall upkeep of the facilities is well managed. I also appreciate the free parking for residents, which is a big plus. One of my favorite features is the secure automated package delivery system (Luxer One). Packages are not left at doorsteps, and you receive notifications when your items are ready for pickup. The automated access control system (ButterflyMX) also adds an extra layer of convenience and security for residents. Overall, it’s a well-maintained, organized, and convenient place to live.

Most unprofessional place I have ever in my life dealt with. My fiancé all the way in 2022 signed a lease with Cambridge and then subleased. He didn’t even step foot into the apartment mind you. All was fine is what we thought but then they say he has an unpaid balance that is due. We have tried for almost 4 years for someone to talk to us and still nothing. It is also weird that in almost 4 years we have not received emails, mail or a phone call about this money owed. We have a document showing he has a zero balance but anytime that gets mentioned we get ghosted. I have called the head office and even tried to email people asking for proof that my fiancé was notified of these charges and nothing. It is so disrespectful and disappointing. I can not imagine the poor college kids who live there that probably get scammed by these people all the time. Nonetheless, don’t fool with these scammers , unless you want to be ghosted and neglected.

You’d be better off in a dorm, stay away. Wifi randomly goes out on the weekends, if it’s out on a Sunday don’t expect to have it back until Monday. The maintenance team are nice people, but they aren’t much help unless it’s something that they would have a liability to(our oven didn’t work for 2 months). The only time they came out here within a day or two was when my washing machine flooded and the carpet was soaked. The cherry on top is we were charged for damaged couch cushions, and they just replaced the damaged couch cushions with slightly less damaged cushions with rips and holes in them. The cheap price may be attractive, but trust me when I say that you get what you pay for. If you do decide to live here, TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES BEFORE YOU MOVE IN.
