Dixie Red Sands South, st-george-ut

I lived at Red Rock for the last 3 years and I wanted a change on my housing situation. Coming here is a like a breath of fresh air. It’s so much cleaner and update to date. My room is huge and spacious. Each room comes with a mini fridge and a sink. The closet space is really nice and roomy. It feels more like a home and more adult like because of its town house like set up. There’s 2 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom. The living room comes with couches and a TV and then a full kitchen. Upstairs is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I haven’t been living here for very long but so far I absolutely love it. The only thing is there is only 1 fridge for 6 people but that’s why there are mini fridges in each room! The freezer is a little on the smaller side but other than that I have no other complaints. Really really nice apartment for student housing! 5 stars all the way !!!! I attached photos of my room all set up !

I have had the chance to live at both Dixie Red Sands North and South and I loved the South location! The rooms were spacious, and having a mini fridge and sink in each made things so convenient. The large kitchen worked well for six people, and the whole setup felt well designed (laundry is in-unit as well which is awesome!). The RAs were helpful when needed, and maintenance was quick to fix and issues.

This has been the nicest place I've lived at so far! I was in the dorms last year and although they were new, I felt like I was stuck in an apartment building and the parking situation was awful. Here I love that there is covered parking that leads right up to my front door! I also love how big the rooms are here and the sink in my room has been soooo nice for getting ready.

This is the nicest off campus housing you could live at if you’re going to Utah Tech and you don’t want to stay in the on campus dorms. The rooms are very nice and you have a ton of room( it is not like a small dorm room). You also get your own sink in your room that is very convenient for getting ready! The kitchen space is amazing and me and all 6 of my roommates have room for all of our kitchen supplies and food! The landlords are very nice and will help you out if you need something fixed in the apartment. There is also a clean pool area for you and your roommates whenever you want to have a BBQ or pool party.

I just moved into this fall. It blew my expectations out of the water. The rooms are bigger than I would have expected. They also come with amenities most student housing places don't offer. Each room has a vanity, included mini fridge, and ceiling fans. (you don't realize how much you miss them until you don't have them) The bathrooms are super spacious and don't feel cramped at all. Also, the water pressure in the showers is awesome. The kitchen and living room are amazing. It is a full kitchen with plenty of space for all 6 roommates' dishes. The pantry also has plenty of space. The living room is nice and open and the unit I am in came with a TV and media stand. (don't know if that is for all units) All around these apartments are a huge upgrade to the dorms and well worth the cost to me.
