Slippery Rock House, slippery-rock-pa

I have really enjoyed staying at the Slippery Rock House. The landlord is very kind and always brings us treats. He also makes sure there is always laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, etc. for us to use. The house is quiet for studying. There is a big backyard with a fire pit if you want to have a campfire. All around a nice place!

This place is very nice and the landlord is great. The rooms are quiet and the house is clean. The amenities made it nice to live there while going to school so that we didn’t have to worry about unnecessary things. The landlord kept us well supplied with laundry detergent, dryer sheets dish soap, and bathroom tissue. He even left us fruit and cookies at Christmas! I highly recommend Slippery Rock House.

As a current tenant of Slippery Rock House I can't recommend Slippery Rock House enough! Utilities are included in your $390 a month rent, laundry services are available inside the house, and it is owned by the best landlord I have ever interacted with. Make sure to add this location to your list of potential residences.

This is a beautiful place with nice cozy rooms to rent. Landlord does an amazing job creating sweet little outdoor areas that are perfect for unwinding after a crazy day. Jack was a wonderful landlord and very helpful for someone like me who was new in town.

I visited at Slippery Rock House several years ago. What a cute and homey place for students in Slippery Rock. The yard is great and allows for BBQs, games, and on a quiet street. Jack the landlord is helpful and keeps the place clean and everyone is treated with respect.
