For the past 2 years i’ve had a great experience living at Madison and Brookside. The overall living environment is comfortable, well-maintained, and genuinely feels like home. The management team is incredibly helpful, professional, and they’re always approachable and willing to assist with anything that comes up.

Lived here about 2.5 years total, the apartments are fine for the price. However, both of the apartments i've had were dirty and had roach/cricket infestations when I moved in. The managing company has switched 3 times during my time here, the current will try to add fees for anything they can (and things they cant). I do not recommend; look into College Park or Normandy Lofts.

I’ve been with Madison and Brookside for two years now. It’s a great place to live, especially for any students going to Shippensburg University. The office staff is very sweet and are always there for you if you need. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues you may have. Overall a very nice place to live.
