Angelo Place Apartments, san-angelo-tx

As an international student at Angelo State University, I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Angelo Place Apartments. After spending one semester in the dorms, I moved here and I’m very happy with my decision. The price is reasonable, the facilities are good, and what I like the most is that every bedroom has its own private bathroom – which makes living much more comfortable. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are always handled very quickly. A special thanks to the two lovely receptionists who are always so kind and help me receive my Amazon packages without any problems. Overall, everything has been excellent. I would definitely recommend Angelo Place to other ASU students, especially international students who are looking for a convenient and welcoming place to live.

I love living at Angelo Place! It’s been a fun experience and I truly believe that management has improved so much. The internet issues are finally fixed and working so well! I think that knowing and being friends with your roommates is essential but it helps that we each have our own personal space and bathroom. Maintenance is always on top of things and the managers are always looking for ways to spice up the community.

Laura in the maintenance crew has made living at ap absolutely worth it! Always so attentive and understanding! If there’s ever an issue she does her best to respond to it as soon as she’s available to and doesn’t make you feel bad about accident that might happen around. Thank you Laura for making Angelo place worth everything! Also the pool is AMAZING Laura is always doing her best to keep it clean which is so appreciated!

The price and the place definitely is a win. Of course living with people you know or strangers can either be a hit or miss, but free WiFi? Furnished? How can you not? I have friends who live in other apartments around San Angelo who talk about not being able to afford WiFi, or saying how much furniture cost. For my first place, this really sets the bar.

Be sure to do a final walk through with someone before you move out. You can not trust that you will be treated fairly. My daughter moved out, hired someone to clean the carpets. She cleaned and moved out. We were hit with a $275.00 bill that we knew nothing about until a debt collector reached out to me. Angelo Place claim they emailed my daughter and myself, and mailed a final bill. Neither of which made it to us.? These charges were ridiculous. Protect yourself, do a final walk through and make sure you have a solid understanding of what you will be paying for upon moving out. IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: Your pictures do nothing for me at this point. My review is to protect the next person. If they do a walk through with an employee, they have concrete evidence of what Angelo Place will be charging for. They would have the opportunity to see what problems could be their and have the chance to dispute any claims. Nothing you say or do is going to right this situation. I have paid and moving forward but I will do what I can to protect the next person, especially the young people.
