The Gathering, salisbury-md

I’ve had a great experience with this apartment community so far. The property is well-maintained, the staff has been professional and responsive, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the amenities are a huge plus. From the application process to communication with management, everything has been smooth and straightforward. I’m excited about the opportunity to become part of this community and would definitely recommend checking it out. All thanks to Kim!

Had a truly wonderful experience at The Gathering. Rebecca was knowledgeable and informative as well as kind to our kid. Kim was willing to walk us through everything we needed to know and made the experience fun. Great place and wonderful staff!

The gathering was my first choice on where to live for my junior and senior year in college. Having three levels makes it feel more like a home but at the same time you get to have a community all around you. Ive enjoyed getting to just walk over to my friends house to chill because many of them live here as well. We would all meet up at the pool for days in the sun and that was such a great time. All of the staff are so nice and the maintenance staff comes to help in a timely manner. This is definitely an ideal place for college students to come live and on top of that its a very nice place to live.

I have loved living at the gathering the past year! Great amenities, great atmosphere, great staff!

If I could leave, no stars I would. The Gathering presents as a great place to rent. However, in the middle of my daughter‘s stay ownership changed and was a total disaster. My advice to anyone renting from this establishment is to take pictures of absolutely everything because they accuse you of breaking things that were broken before you even move in. They do not cooperate or have any understanding of anything. The snarky warm regards responses sent by Matthew really sets you over the edge. My daughter moved into a unit that was completely covered in mold and mildew on the outside and nothing was done about it. She used a dryer for an entire year with no problems, but the minute we move out they say there was a broken piece and charged us $200 per girl to replace the dryer. My advice find a different place to live.
