Larkspur Apartments, sacramento-ca

I’ve been living at this property for over a year and I love it. Very clean and quiet. The interior of the apartments are beautiful very modern and completely updated!!! The office manager is amazing on top of the property at all times. Maintenance responds to issues very quickly. I would recommend this property to someone in need.

I'd rate this place zero stars if I could. In my opinion, this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at in my entire life. Natasha, the community manager, and her supervisor, Jessica, were both exceptional in delivering the absolute worst, most unprofessional service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing in any professional capacity. There were so many issues I experienced living here. The crime, the noise, the endless air traffic, sirens, centipedes, spiders, roaches, not to mention the gate that seemed to be broken all the time and all my neighbors who had to have cameras outside of their apartments for their own security. The worst out of all experiences was the gutter that collapsed in my back patio from a storm that they didn't fix until the city code enforcement reached out a month after it happened. Living here was such a horrible experience and the only apartment complex I regret living at due to how awful it was.

This is by far the worse complex I have been in before I have another review before this one my daughter did I wish she could delete it. Natasha the manager is a liar and doesn’t get anything taken care of. I had mold so bad in my apartment it was affecting my family and especially my health. I am on oxygen already for heart problems I had to get extra delivered when I was living there. They sent some one in to fix the collapsing wall that the mold was in but they did not clean the mold out. They patched over it , which I know for sure is spreading in the walls. Do to that reason I was forced to move out. I had no choice it was killing me. I had a Dr’s note stating I couldn’t live in that type of living situation . It was ignored and over looked and pretty much laughed at by Natasha. She also charged me 2 months of rent that I paid and had receipts for. She charged me for the month I had to move when in fact the law states they were suppose to pay for me having to relocate from mold in the apartment. Her boss Jessica was full of it as well. I have papers saying I’m allergic to mold from the allergy specialist Dr that she totally ignored. I sent her pictures of what the mold was doing to my face . I sent her mold test kits showing her all the mold growing . They did not care paid no attention to the severity of the situation. Super ghetto apartments ,drug addicted people ,loud music ,ducks that poop in the pool, they break windows out you car ,roaches were coming out my wall until I sprayed. The trash was always full ,the area itself is bad. Not to mention Natasha said I owed her over $5000 dollars as well as keeping my $600 dollar deposit. Girl if I really owed you that much money why wouldn’t you take me to court! She is a hater she sold it to a collection agency now it’s on my credit for the amount of almost $8000 freaking dollars. Karma will be very bad for people. This is the honest truth I am a pastor I wouldn’t make this up. Do NOT MOVE IN THIS COMPLEX!!!

Natasha the manager is great was having problems she was very helpful and worked with me. The apartments are maintained had a few issues most taken care of. My window got smashed in along with another residents car. Cost a lot to fix and my Tablet got stolen even though I did leave it on top of my car to run in the house real quick. Other than that it’s cool. Oh and the water sewer trash bill is higher than expected plus gas and electric and some kind of insurance that doesn’t help the resident out. Kinda costly! Located by everything. I would give five stars just for the manager!

I’ve been here for almost a year and I absolutely love it!!! The complex is quiet, the neighbors are super friendly, the grounds are well kept and any maintenance issues I have are taken care of literally within a couple of days. The manager Natasha is super kind, friendly, easy to talk to, and takes care of any problems I have immediately (something you don’t get with bigger complexes).
