I'm in my second year of living here and we just got our renewal notices. My base rent is going up by $120 a month, and it's even crazier for new signs. Everyone should know that the $200 jump in rent for new signs since I started living here is completely unjustified. Renovations have been made, but all of them have been completely cosmetic and don't improve the quality of live whatsoever. The only real improvement has been the better internet, which the workers they hired SAWED THROUGH during maintenance work. I have absolutely no idea who these people think they are. At this point, you could get a significantly better apartment for basically the same price. This place seems to have forgotten that they are the budget option, and the only thing that could possibly change that is tearing it down and building a new development. Absolutely insane. Do not rent here. It is a waste of money.

If you like being told by staff you pay for to do their job for free. If you like never sleeping because of construction, neighbors, and 24/7 traffic. If you like essentially paying $1000 for a single bedroom. If you like playing musical cars where the loser doesn't get to park at their $1000 bedroom. If you like constant aggravation, this apartment complex is for you.

My sister lives here and im tired of her calling me crying do to the management. The management treats residents with straight-up disrespect. They talk down to people like we’re stupid, dismiss every concern, and will literally try to gaslight you into thinking your frustration is the problem instead of their complete lack of communication and professionalism. They do not tell residents anything in advance whether it’s maintenance, entering your unit, shutting off water, or making random property changes. You’ll just come home to something already done and then get attitude when you ask why. The level of disrespect is unbelievable. And the communication? Nonexistent. When they do respond, it’s with a tone like you're bothering them for expecting the bare minimum of clarity, organization, or courtesy. I have never felt so belittled by people who are literally supposed to be providing a service that I pay for. Also, let’s talk about the reviews. Take a look and you’ll notice a pattern many of the “positive” reviews look like they were written by people who are either connected to management or trying way too hard to sound like PR. Meanwhile, every resident you actually talk to in person says the same thing: the management is terrible. Draw your own conclusions.

I was a resident of the LEV for 2 years. The rooms are grossly overpriced and of quite poor quality. The bathroom is small and the bathtub feels very cheap. For what they charge, you'd expect a bit of higher quality items There is no living room area and only a tiny kitchen space for 4 people. They advertise monthly cleaning of the kitchen space but there was a time where they didn't come for 3 months and I had to go and tell them. My towel rack was broken and they noted it but never fixed it so goodluck getting things fixed in your apartment without constantly nagging the office. My nightstand was missing a drawer for a year and It was never fixed. The portal to pay rent doesn't work a decent chunk of the time. Also Please read over your leases properly to avoid any issues. There are plenty of places near campus which are lot more worth it, please find a better place rather than being locked down for a year here. There are effectively no amenities and I was being charged 900 a month. I moved out end of July and I was only able to get my deposit at the end of September. I wouldn't have gotten that deposit back if I didn't call them around 3-4 times.

Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. The leadership and management are beyond disappointing they are disorganised, unresponsive, and seem to go out of their way to avoid taking responsibility for anything. You could send five emails, leave three voicemails, and physically walk into the office, and still somehow no one will have any record of your request.
