We moved our daughter to Found Study College Hill for a summer internship. We are very impressed with her apartment unit for its cleanliness , lay out and wonderful views. We like to mention the outstanding work by Evan to make our move in experience extremely smooth and pleasant

TLDR: A great place to call home. I am a "young" professional who recently got a job nearby. I needed a place quickly and they had space. Has everything gone smoothly there? No, it's an old building. But, the front end staff and the maintenance team did a great job with any reparations, keeping me updated, or doing whatever they can to make sure my experience living there is enjoyable.

Amonte was incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process. He was very proactive and attentive in getting my application through on short notice and has been kind enough to answer my questions even outside of working hours! Really appreciative of his time, effort, and help!

I have living here for 3 months and the service has been 5 star the entire time. I have already extended my lease it’s gone so well. Evan and Anthoni are incredibly attentive and helpful. I’ve asked multiple times for favors and they deliver every time. The location is perfect for access to downtown, a large park, the train station and multiple campuses. The apartment building is both quiet and safe. I love that it’s dog friendly and has both young people and older professionals.

The maintenance team was incredibly responsive. My dishwasher had a major issue, and they resolved it quickly. Really appreciate their help!!! Update: I'm grateful to the maintenance team, who were very responsive even during the blizzard days. I also appreciate the vending machine in the lobby — it's been convenient on snowy days when it's hard to go out.
