Broad Street Commons has overall been a good experience. They helped a ton when I needed to transfer to a different unit, and since moving my experience has been nothing but positive! Maintenance in particular is super quick to respond and fix any issues. I definitely recommend living here if you’re attending school in the area and are looking for somewhere affordable and off campus. It’s super close to campus too and you can walk to class if you don’t have a vehicle.

I've really enjoyed living here. The staff is always helpful, maintenance is quick, and the building feels clean and safe. It's been a great experience overall, and I'd happily recommend this apartment community to others.

Well it's been ten years since I moved in here and it is my last year as I move to Alaska July 2026. The office staff and maintenance to our wonderful cleaning lady Julia have become like family. Loren the property manager is completely awesome and very professional as are Julia and Mariana. They all have made me feel comfortable and any issues were quickly resolved. Broad Street Commons is a great chapter in my life. Let's hope Alaska is as good.

It’s my first year living here, and I love it. It’s a great place to live if you’re a college student or just trying to save money. They have lots of fun amenities like the gym, the movie room, and the game room. Zero complaints.

I lived at Broad Street Commons for 22 months. Overall, it was a splendid abode with plenty of perks, attentive staff and no hidden fees. The location is simply perfect. It's close to downtown, within walking distance of stores, and just a walk to the college. It makes running errands or getting to class super convenient. Easy parking; always plowed. The building has laundry rooms on-site, which is a huge plus. They're clean and well-maintained. It’s nice not having to leave the property to do laundry. One thing I really appreciate is that you can request a quiet floor. I did, and the neighbors were respectful and considerate, which has made a big difference in terms of comfort and peace of mind. For those who enjoy staying active, there's a public tennis court just a 2-minute walk away — another great perk. There’s also the Saranac River walking path right behind the apartment Security is where this place stands out. It's noticeably better than a lot of other apartments in the area. Entry points are well-monitored, and I feel safe coming home late or walking around the property at night. Overall, this apartment offers a great mix of convenience, peace, and security — highly recommended if you're looking for something close to everything but still quiet and safe.
