Crimson Villas, pittsburg-ks

I have an excellent experience at Crimson Apartment. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, offering all the necessary comfort. I love that everything is included in the rent, including electricity and internet! The location is great: it’s in front of the gym, close to the university, the market, and other services. Additionally, the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and well-maintained place to stay in Pittsburg. The office staff is respectful, attentive, and very kind.

I have been living at Crimson Villas for almost two years, and I can say that the staff here is extremely attentive, kind, and friendly. I love this place — living here is very peaceful, and I feel very welcomed. The apartments are nice and cozy, and the fact that they allow pets is fantastic; in fact, I have three little dogs, and there are special activities for them here. Whenever I need any kind of assistance with the apartment, even something as small as changing a light bulb, they resolve it quickly, always with attention and respect. I highly recommend this place!

I have been here for around half a year and it’s been a wonderful experience. Everyone in the leasing office is so kind and welcoming. They're also really understanding when you have a hardship. The best is that they have a pool that’s open during the summer and it’s the best way to cool down on a hot day! Will definitely be staying for a while!

I have been at the Crimson Villas for about a year now. I was matched with a roommate, who quickly became my best friend. The apartments are decent. Currently, the employees are doing updates to apartments and the ones I have seen look great! Pet-friendly, although some residents have a hard time keeping them on a leash. Management is so so helpful, and they have been doing fun little promotions lately, like Christmas in July! I have not had many issues with maintenance. When our air conditioner stopped working over the summer, they were here the same morning I put in a request. The only solid complaint I have is the parking. We almost never have a spot by our apartment and we have to park at the front and walk around to our building frequently. It’s a pain in the butt, but not really much you can do. Thank you Jordan, Josh, and Stephanie for all you do!

Very nice apartments and they’re pet friendly! The staff is incredibly welcoming and always willing to help. Stephanie and Jordan in the office are fabulous! Maintenance is also fast, efficient, and always on top of things which I really appreciate.
