Horrible management. I would leave 0 stars if I could. The front desk lady with the glasses needs to be gotten rid of. Signed a 12 month lease, ended up receiving news my father was sick with terminal cancer and ended up moving out after only staying 5 days. I anticipated having to pay a pro-rated amount for my stay, or paying for that one month, hence the situation I was in. I was not even fully moved into my apartment when I ended up leaving it. After my father passed away a MONTH after being diagnosed, I explained this to the (rude) front desk lady over the phone. It wasn’t my way of getting out of the lease completely but for her to UNDERSTAND my situation and be somewhat of a helpful person…I stated I would send my dad’s death certificate if needed. She was rude and acted as if I was lying. I said I would pay a pro rated amount or even pay for the one month. She refused and sent it to COLLECTIONS as if my family and I were not already struggling enough financially from the loss of my father. I’ve never in my life experienced such a rude leasing agency… especially for an apartment that isn’t even that nice. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

Was here for summer session working for Caterpillar. Move in/move out is extremely inflexible considering how many Cat interns they have (Most coming from significant distances). I would've thought they would work better with everyone. It is expensive for what you get. It is not what I would consider fully furnished-cheap bed, small desk with a broken chair in the bedroom. Chair, couch and small tv in living room. No microwave even. I know some people had trouble finding parking outside, but I paid for indoor parking and had no problem. Unfortunately, that is $75 a month. The location is fairly close to a lot of things so that's nice. It's not very safe though. Buddies car got broke into. Overall, I would recommend trying a different place.

Pretty nice apartments, but paying upwards of $800/month per person for these is not worth it. However, the people who run it are incredibly rude. They treat their tenants like they're children and don't know how to live on their own. Very condescending people who have no respect for tenants. But please, let's remember who is working at a college apartment building.

Possibly the worst location for student housing, long walk from campus (relative to other options), not to mention it's just not a safe area. Someone was literally murdered 2 blocks down a month into me living here, and a month before that? A gunshot was fired through one of the windows. Marketed as "affordable housing for students" yet it is among the most expensive housing in all of Peoria - surely the most expensive apartment anywhere near campus. Pricing went up to $760 a month, and that's not for your whole apartment, that's for just your unit. That's right, they're effectively charging $1,520 per month for a 2 person apartment. Pricing continues to go up each year, and if you want a 9-month lease instead of a 12-month lease, you'll pay even more. The parking lot is not large enough to accommodate all tenants, and that's even with the inside parking garage (which by the way costs another $80 or so per month). If you try to park between 4 pm and 8 am on a week day, good luck. Parking spaces free up on weekends. You will not get your full security deposit back even if you do absolutely nothing to harm your apartment, and the deposit is upwards of $400. I got $200 of my deposit back all because of 2 small marks on the walls left by command strips, and I accidentally packed the TV remote when I moved out. I looked it up, that remote costs $7.99 + S&H from the manufacturer and they supposedly charged me $75 to replace it. Staff is polite and helpful, but that should not be any reason to live here. MSC may be fairly new, but it's nothing special. It's a 5 story apartment complex with standard amenities. A small "gym," lounge, and a tanning bed are about the only things that differentiate them from living in a house. Living here is a huge rip off and there is MUCH more affordable housing available that is in a better location and just as nice. TL;DR: Way too expensive, mismarketed (not as nice as it seems), terrible location. Live in an off-campus house for half the cost and twice the room, or St. James if you'd rather have an apartment.

Don’t expect them to care about you as a student or a tenant. They act like it’s some suburban wonderful way to spend your time here at Bradley but not only are they more expensive than every other living option here on campus, during this pandemic they have been relentless and unforgiving with payments. No other student owned housing has operated this way and this shouldn’t go unnoticed. Don’t sign a lease there, it’s a trap
