If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Everything went downhill the moment Heather Lambright became manager. Since then, the office staff has lied to residents, often saying she’s “not in” or “at lunch” when she’s literally sitting right there listening to the entire conversation. That kind of behavior shows just how unprofessional and disrespectful management has become. On top of that, I’ve had to deal with repeated false charges, blocked payment access, and constant confusion created by management. Instead of fixing problems, they create more of them—and residents are left to clean up their mess. My paper trail of their mistakes is solid, and I am actively looking into legal options to have this handled. If there was a lease buyout option, I would pay top dollar and be gone in less than 24 hours. That’s how bad this place has become. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—living here has been nothing but stress, lies, and frustration.

The property is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and has everything needed to feel at home. The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help whenever needed. Overall, it has been a peaceful and enjoyable place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment and a great living environment.

I have been living here for the last 2 years. the management have been super helpful with any assisting requests. Safe place with regular security patroling and good resident community.

### **URGENT WARNING: Life-Threatening Conditions at The View / The Commons** **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** If you value your life, your health, or your privacy, **do not move here.** It is important to know that **The View and The Commons are the same complex**; they may use different names, but the dangerous environment and predatory management are the same. **Violent and Life-Threatening Environment** The safety issues here are extreme. There are **shootings almost every night**, and I personally was **almost shot on two separate occasions**. Violence is a constant presence; I even had someone **banging on my door with a knife**. People have died on this property. The complex is drug-infested and frequently overrun by loud, alcohol-fueled parties that require police intervention. **Gross Management Misconduct & Harassment** The management operates with total disregard for the law and tenant rights: * **Facilitating Legal Conflict:** Management crossed every professional boundary by facilitating a **custody battle** between my parents and me, spreading malicious rumors to influence the situation. * **Unauthorized Access & Theft:** Staff and management walk into units whenever they want, and items have been stolen from tenants. They even **gave keys to my apartment** to unauthorized individuals specifically to harass me. * **No Privacy:** During "inspections," they don’t just check the unit—they go through all of your personal belongings. **The "Bait and Switch" & Health Hazards** Don’t be fooled by the tour. They will show you a beautiful model unit, but then move you into a **horrible, dilapidated apartment**. Many of these units are plagued with **mold**, which management fails to address, posing a serious health risk. **Retaliation and Predatory Billing** When I reported these safety issues and illegal activities to the police, the office attempted to retaliate by trying to kick me out. They are also dishonest about move-out costs. The maintenance worker, Maurice, told me I could leave my trash in a pile for him to collect; instead, I was hit with a **$1,400 charge**. **Final Verdict:** This complex is a dangerous trap. Between the constant gunfire, the "bait and switch" tactics, the mold, and a management team that steals from and harasses its own tenants, it is not fit for habitation. **Stay away.**

Staffs are all good. The experience is also excellent. We’ve been here for two years already and we love the community around
