The Cottages at Hooper Hill, oxford-ms

Hooper Hill is a great place to live! Anytime I had an issue with my apartment, maintenance responded extremely quickly and handled everything efficiently. The complex is always clean and free of litter, which really makes a difference. During the ice storm, the staff was especially helpful and did a great job communicating with residents. I’ve had a very positive experience living here and would definitely recommend it!

Living at Hooper Hill has been awesome. The cottages are super well-kept, and the staff is always really helpful. Suzette and Casey are especially great, they’re always around when you need something and super easy to talk to. They stay on top of stuff like checking air vents and smoke detectors, and if anything breaks, they’re quick to fix it. It’s a great place for college students who want a smaller, more private space. Hooper Hill feels way bigger and nicer than most apartments in the same price range, and it’s definitely safer too. The community here is great!

Hooper Hill has been amazing, not only are the cottages so well maintained, the staff is so accommodating. They regularly check in air vents, smoke detectors, and are quick to come help if anything is broken. It’s the perfect place to live if you’re a college student looking for a small place. Hooper Hill is much larger/Nicer than most apartments at their price range and offers so much more privacy and safety. I love all the storage and big laundry room!

Hooper Hill is the best place to live in Oxford! The community is very safe with only sorority women holding leases so you know exactly who your neighbors are! The maintenance staff are so quick to address any issues, even ensuring to spray for spiders in the fall and spring! The houses are also beautiful with large bedrooms and closets. Truly the best place to live!!

I had a LOVELY experience with Casey at Hooper Hill. She was so kind and took all of her time to assist me with next year's living situation. I live here now and have absolutely loved my time here so much that I wanted to stay put for next year. She made the process so smooth as I don't have to move any of my belongings out! I highly recommend Casey for all of your move in/move out needs at Hooper Hill.
